Madison Learning Center

My daughter started here and we've loved it. I love that there is a circculum posted every week so I can look back and ask my 2 year old about her day as well as a breakfast/lunch/snack menu. The daily sheets about her day is nice too! She loves her friends and teachers and looks forward to going. Thank you guys for being so great!

The administration and teachers here are wonderful. They did a great job working with COVID regulations and being mindful of parents' work demands during that time. I'm so thankful that Madison has a great daycare like this to support the local community. By the time we left they felt like family.

I give this place a two only because my son enjoyed being with the other children. We were highly mistreated by an Employee by the name of Dawn. We always paid on time. One day I was told in front of other parents that I owe the an exsess of $545.now this was embarrassing and unprofessional of the employee. I got upset with her for doing this and accusing me of not paying when we had. So my wife and I went to battle with them about it. They sent my wife a corrected bill that showed we still owed them money when we hadn't. Battle number two. They went back and made a new bill, which also showed we still owed money. Battle number three with the same outcome. Finally they corrected our bill and show we still owed 150$ after their little fiasco. We owed them nothing and were trying to work with them. We had finally had enough of this place and the poor attitude of Dawn. She was very disrespectful to my wife and I when this was going on. They weren't even willing to admit they were wrong by the least bit. We've fought them tooth and nail on this. They've given us confusing bills and we have them to prove they are wrong. We had to walk away from this place. We had to put two weeks notice in before we could and that was hard on us because we really just wanted to go and not be forced to pay them another dime. I am disgusted with this place as my wife is. You have to pay a 100$ registration fee and then they changed the rules as of when they charge it and after our son being there 4 months they expected us to pay that anual fee again. That was another battle itself. They closed down for a day for "training" and expects everyone to pay them for that day as well as find and pay for another babysitter if you have no other choice. The teachers were very nice and I won't take that from them, but Dawn is very unprofessional and a very nasty person that will not admit she is wrong. Whomever does their finances needs to be looked at as well. If you do choose this place, don't pay them any cash, only checks because they're lacking of giving raciepts to people is slacked. They obviously have no honor and would rather let business walk away over a mistake they made. Well let's just say Dawn let that happen. My comments won't stop and my next letter will be to social services about this and how poorly it was handled. Think about it before you put your child here.

A very nice, welcoming place for your children. My granddaughter loves going here and looks forward to seeing her classmates and her teachers. Highly recommend!
