Mac'S Creative Kid'S

I am livid right now. I had came to pick up my son today around 5 pm and when I first walked in I could hear my son crying from the door, I quickly walked to the infant room and found my son on the ground with the back of his neck barely hanging around the inner edge of the floor seat that suppose to help your child out with sitting up crying for God knows how long. My son has neck issues and I've explained this to them. His face was red from straining and cry. Both teachers ignored his cries and realized I had walked in. One teacher had put down a baby into the floor seat I had recommended for his neck issues with someone else's child and began sweeping while my son and other parent's kids where still on the carpet. I picked up my son and was confused as to why all the other kids had their pacifier but not mines. It was connected to his diaper bag and not him. The other teacher had came around from grabbing his bottle and said, " that's how he is all day." I know my son and he doesn't cry all day. He had just turned 6 months and is a happy baby. Then what set me off was I washed my son diaper bag and didn't pack it til this morning and they claimed they found 2 roaches in my diaper bag. Which didn't make any sense because I packed it before I left and placed it in my car so I didn't set in the house for more than 5 minutes so this was the second time they assumed they found roaches and had to terminate my contact and my son been there for only 3 weeks. I quickly grabbed my son and left but broke down outside that it made other parents pulling up not leave their car because of how upset I was. When I got home I had to check the back of his head and noticed where he was laying at was so red from laying on the floor seat that I started crying again. My son shouldn't be treated this way. I put my trust in your daycare workers and this is how they treat a 6 month old!!!!!!!!!!!! Your punishing my son by ignoring his cries for help and making excuses to terminate me because you think my son to difficult to work with but he's the youngest baby in the room. All the other kids can crawl, sit up on their own, tummy time, or even walk but you ignore my son who has a neck condition and leave him crying on the floor without his pacifier and pamper all the other kids. This is disgusting! I trusted you with my first child and you failed horribly. I will never bring my son back here or recommend you to anyone who kids can't basically entertain themselves with the other kids so you can ignore my son and Snapchat with the other kids.

Sounds like they are more interested in taking care of cars parking in front of their building than the children inside the building.
