Love what they’re doing out there and helping. However the office is run by multiple family member, you will be immediately shut down by different members of family if anything is done wrong. Making sure that nothing gets changed and that their family comes first before staff or fixing the problem. Their employees are there helping with the community and doing as they’re told, but when something happens for them, they don’t matter. Super unprofessional when it comes to business, especially when you’re just looking for help and all don’t care and put themselves first. Really sad to see coming from what’s supposed to be good. Hope someone will look into it.
They do great things for the Decatur community. It’s also one of the only locations in Illinois that prints IL license plates.
My uncle is a client there and he absolutely 💜💜💜💜💜it there. He gets SO excited about everything that goes on at MRI.
