We have enjoyed our experience at Children's Choice Academy. The school puts a lot of effort into making the daycare a family friendly and interactive environment. My daughter has been delighted to have Spiderman and Elsa visit her classroom, they host thoughtful seasonal parties, and all the teachers know my daughter's name. Specifically, Ms. Yoselin in the Frogs classroom is truly exceptional! My daughter was having a very hard time with drop-offs until she moved up to Ms. Yoselin’s room, and the difference has been incredible. Her caring, calming demeanor makes children feel comfortable right away, and I’m constantly impressed by her ability to manage a classroom full of energetic 3-year-olds with so much patience and skill. I am so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my daughter, and I cannot recommend her enough!

Our family love this facility my son loves all the teachers He always come back happy and loves to go back every day We are especially thankful for Ms Angie who has shown nothing but love and kindness to us and our son. She is always very attentive of my son and super helpful. As well as Ms hazel Who is the sweetest. I enjoy my conversations with her in the morning at drop offs. She is always sharing her plans for the kids and is always excited to see my son. We are also thankful for Ms Jackie Who is always so nice and welcoming when I drop my son off.

My baby girl Melody is in the elephant room, she started off in Mis Sandra's and Mis Anahy class, those two teachers are amazing!! Very kind and gentle with the babies, which I adore.... My baby moved up to the 1-year-old classroom , the teachers Mis Yaz , Mis flor , and Ms Lesly also doing amazing jobs, I love how they're so on it! Very communicative . I appreciate them all so much, I highly recommend children's choice academy.

If you’re looking for a great place that’s going to bring out the best in your little, CCA is it! My toddler has experienced so much growth socially and academically. She loves her teachers and seeing her friends every day. Ms. Yoselin has taken good care of my baby. We couldn’t be more at ease to be able to leave her somewhere she’s excited to go to each day.

My 3 year has been at CCA for a year now. The first 3-4 months was great. Erica was the director and the staff was engaged. We always received updates and communication and Erica was quick to address issues. Since Erica left 6 months or so ago the school has had struggles. The new leadership is disengaged, the kids have no consistency with the turnover of their teachers, most times my kid isn’t even in her normal classroom. They misplace her jackets sheets blankets cup and often times the teachers can’t even tell me what classroom my kid is in or if she is on the playground at pick up time. I have been trying to get their regional director to contact me since mid October it is now almost Christmas and I still have not had a call from Shannon the regional director. I understand turnover can cause training opportunities but this is beyond training and a learning curve this is just blatant poor customer service and communication. IlThis place has so much potential but they seem to be in their own way. Their staff doesn’t stay long which shows they may have an upper leadership problem. Most of the teachers seem to really care and try hard but it is probably difficult with poor leadership. Very disappointing. Rosa finally reached out after 2 months and asked for a meeting so we will see how that goes. I will say Angie is amazing and our child absolutely loves her.
