It's an ideal location if you reside in and around town, and often times, the staff are friendly enough. However, I can't say I would recommend this nursery, and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my second child. One of the biggest issues I felt is that the children aren't encouraged to eat their packed lunch. My son is not a picky eater and would happily eat all his food when encouraged to do so. We had to stop making sandwiches because they would have a few bites taken out of it and it was the same for the snacks and fruit. With this in mind, my son would come out of the nursery and tell us he was so hungry, so we would often times give him the rest of his packed lunch at home. I hope to think that it's a staffing or organisation issue, but naturally, going that long without sufficient food is not good for any child. My final and equally frustrating issue is being called to pick my son up for the most trivial things, and often. Thankfully, my days off work conincided with his nursery dates, as I imagine I'd be extremely frustrated if they didn't. One time, I was called to pick him up about an hour before finishing time because, "we noticed he's not feeling himself today." I picked him up and he was not ill in any way, just a little sleepy which he was prone to feeling when at the Nursery. Since starting school, all the issues sorrounding my son have simply vanished. He's in his third year of school, and I've been called once in all the three years to pick him up when he was genuinely poorly. Eating hasn't been an issue either. My experience with this Nursery wasn't awful by any means, but just very frustrating at times. If I was paying for more days, (I was only using 15 hours free childcare) I'd be more disappointed with the overall experience.

Took my toddler for his first stay and play today and came away feeling so relaxed and less anxious about him starting nursery. The staff were so friendly and answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction as to what to do and what help I can get. Little one was so happy there and I can't wait to take him back again. Beautiful nursery with so much to do.

My daughter has been attending this nursery, every single one of the ladies working there are fantastic. It’s like on big family. Great Nursery fully recommended to other families.

Finally finished year of of horror in this place constant complains about your child playing or sometimes feels that they are annoyed by child breathing in their presence complaining that child plays with toy guns while shops and on tv thats all they see an show me the boy that never played with toy guns they call you to work ant tell you to reduce your hours for child at nursery becouse they have to look after him( which is already completely unprofessional as this is why they are getting their wages from taxes we pay) Hollie teacher should work with dissabled people who cant move ( no disrespect to dissabled people)not kids as she hates when kids ar a live and play she loves only when they stay in the corner and dont move.. when you come and pick your child from that place your child is never looked after this place is filthy no rules teachers has no discipline of any kind in there, kids clothes are allways missing, kids jackets laying on the filthy floor no one makes sure they are hung in place, allways when collecting child being greeted not with hello or you will never hear that your child done anything good their first words allways what your child done wrong ( gives you impression that you raising not child but some sort prisoner) but even if child sometimes missbehaves and you as a grownup that should be in charge and look after him.. if you cant find a way to comunicate to child what is the rules or engage him in different activities encourage do thing that they are interested in but just dissmising them as bad child you show only one thing that you are compleately unprofessional and have zero clue how kids needs to approached and definately working at the wrong place.. my mum works 40years with kids, so i have an idea when people know what they are doing right and when they go to work they hate because they have no clue what they are doing.. so i would give zero stars if i could tis this place as it lack of proffesionals that actually care about kid's progress and wellbeing. I could say so much more how much stress to child and parents they give every day with calls letters meetings and other comments how bad your child is for playing and just being a child a lot of times we took days off from work just not to take him to this place... so my recomendation if thinking of taking your child there DON'T and find some other place wher they care about kids or atleast do their job and have CLEAR rules that don't change on their mood so kids know what rules they are following...
