It's crazy how you get a notice of inspection from Oct 27 to Nov 7 and manager didn't even pass by our apartment they did pass inspection in our building but didn't have time to pass by my apartment because it was 5:00 pm already and never showed up again it's insane and how they change the dates of inspection beside they've been coming every 3 months to inspect these apartments it's so exhausting it's not like we have these apartments destroyed people have to cook people goes to appointment people have pets people have kids so everything in these life is not gonna always be perfect and just for letting one plate on the kitchen sink it bothers the inspection it didn't happen to me but I have a few friends and neighbors that they said that it bothers the manager to see dishes in the sink, we are humans we are not robots we have stuff to do to and just by letting one plate on the kitchen sink doesn't mean you are a dirty person... that's not my case like i said but if it happens to me I can't do nothing about it because I cannot be all the time full time in the kitchen when I have kids to attend I really hope she caught me cooking in one of these inspections that is every 3 months which is 4 times they come I a year and inspect the apartment I remember they used to come every 6 months...

The first couple years were fine when ms Wilkes was there but after that the last couple years before I left wasn’t pleasant. You’re not welcomed inside the office where u pay rent they tell you that u need an appointment. I got put on probation twice but yet my neighbors obviously r doing illegal activities with multiple cars surrounding the unit . But Im the one getting notices I kept to myself and go to work and school. So glad I left I hated it. Then they send dates and times for inspection but never come on those dates they come when they want. My last day there they finally came to clean the vents only bc the big inspector came

Honestly, they answer the phone when they want to, sometimes I ask questions and just get stared at, they shut the water off and then put a notice on your door after or same day, The kids out here are very disrespectful and have no respect, there’s always a sign on the door that they will be right back for the office, you have to ring a bell and stand outside and wait for someone to acknowledge you through the intercom before being allowed into the office which no other leasing company really does. Construction can be going on around your building and you have no notice. I just witnessed someone standing outside the office, the manager and assistant walked outside, so I got out my vehicle to bring in my paperwork. She told me to put it in the dropbox they are trying to go out to lunch mind you it’s 3 PM, I placed my items in the dropbox and ask why they are removing my back patio. I was told they couldn’t give out confidential information after being stared at for almost a minute but it’s literally my back patio and others being removed, I had to ask multiple times as if she was ignoring me. Some type of notice should have been sent out. Almost none of your concerns will be fixed, but they will be addressed as if they’re gonna get it fixed.

We need Dorian Wilkes back in this property, she is fair a nice person understandable and very responsible with her job

it was ok before they brought sabrina in everybody was kind and respectful , sabrina on the other hand is disgusting talks so bad about everybody to make herself feel better she’s like the high school bully wanting to belittle people because she thinks they have no where else to go i’ve walked in on so many conversations talking about her attitude and demeanor from maintenance workers to plumbers . she’s the worst thing that’s happened here .
