What Parents Say
Lunitas Day Care LLC in El paso receives overwhelmingly positive feedback with parents praising the staff's compassion, communication, and care. Most parents report their children feel safe, loved, and engaged in activities. One negative review cited concerns about potty training follow-through and English language development.
My kids have been in daycare for two years now and love it! The entire staff is amazing period. Very communicative, so patient with the kids, and organized. If you want a place where your babies are safe and cared for like family. This is the perfect one. I will add they do lots of activities and homework when needed.
I have had my kids here since they were babies. The staff is incredible. Any questions that I have or concerns, they are always there. My son has spina bifida and they are always willing to accommodate him. I am incredibly happy that I found this daycare.
Five stars and will definitely recommend. My two daughters have been coming to Lunita's Daycare for almost a year, and have grown fond of the personnel. My daughters have been exposed diverse cultures, languages and customs, and thus i can say that this is a very positive environment for children to grow and develop. I have personally seen that both Juana and the staff have accredited degrees and field knowledge to take care of the children in their care. I read the other reviews and believe is a shame that people would make claims like that. In my opinion that takes away from the credibility. My comment here was not to ridicule claims but rather to share my good experience with this daycare, and i state again great place.
I had my daughter at this daycare for six months at that time my daughter was 2 years old. I was potty training my daughter at that time. Juana the owner stated they potty train the kids, and provide education for kids that age, it so happened my daughter was never potty trained, it was difficult because they didn't continue the potty training there and never did they provide any education for her on the contrary she spoke allot of Spanish and very little English. All the staff there is from Juarez Mexico and are not educated of have any experience with child development. I don't recommend this daycare for parents that want their kids to learn at the rate they should be for their age but they will speak allot of Spanish. Spanish is always good as well but they also need to learn English and develop skills and use correct verbiage.
i love lunita`s daycare my son started going with juanita (owner) since he was 6 months old, the staff and her always made me feel comfortable since i was only 17 so i dint trust anyone with my son, but they made me feel secure my son stayed there till he was one, we left for personal reasons and my babies are now back with her, have a 3 yr old girl and my son that is 6 now they made me feel welcome backed my baby`s love going to daycare witch i like because most kids hate day care there staff do speak a lot of Spanish but they speak English as well and communicate very well i recommend this place a lot and especially they work with you
