My child has been going here for 2 years and I love it. My son has learned so much. From science experiments Colors Numbers and even a little Spanish. She’s always providing food and she works with you on payment.
Lullaby Infant Club has the most wonderful loving and caring owner and teachers! I drop off and pick up my friend’s child to school there every day and I have had the pleasure of getting to know everyone there over the past year. They are so kind and caring about the children and I highly recommend this daycare and preschool! There are parents who have been taking their children there from when they were infants and still take them there all the way through preschool and that tells you everything you need to know about this wonderful place! 💖💖💖
Lullaby is a great daycare with excellent teachers. I would recommend this location if you live near Cleveland Hts.
If you have a daycare voucher you will probably be fine but if you are private pay please avoid this daycare at all costs! Last year, DURING THE PANDEMIC, this daycare was one of the few that were open and I thought that it was a miracle to find this place. I was originally quoted for $125/week and when I took my son there everything was fine for the first 2 weeks. After the 2nd week she raised my price to $150/week because she said that full time was actually $150/week. I said fine because I didn’t have another daycare and my son seemed to like his teacher. Another 2 weeks go by and she raises my price AGAIN saying that the number of hours that he stays there means that I have to pay $175/week. My mother owns a daycare and I used to work in a daycare. Full time and part time does not go by how many hours the child is there on any given DAY but how many days out of the WEEK you are taking the child. If you take the child less than 3 days out of the week it is part time and more than 3 is full time. If you only have them for half-days (picking up before noon) then that also counts but mind you, my schedule was the same since the beginning. So I accept them price change but explain to her that I know that’s not how it works. One day, a week later, my son runs out of diapers and instead of telling me the night before she tells me AFTER I get to work after dropping him off. The owner then proceeds to tell me that she will charge me $1/diaper since he ran out. I tell her I’m not paying her because nobody charges for diapers and she is the one who neglected to tell me about his lack of diapers. I go to pick my son up after the diaper situation about 15 minutes late, but I inform her beforehand that I will be late. She tells me if I’m late anymore she will charge me. I get off at 2:30 everyday and the daycare doesn’t close until 6:00pm so what exactly was she charging me for? She is clearly money hungry. I tell her okay and then she proceeds to try to raise my daycare premium AGAIN! So after that I go home and think it through and let her know that I wouldn’t be bringing my child back to that daycare anymore. The fact that anyone would try to take advantage of a mother in need in the middle of a pandemic is honestly so disgusting and I would advise everyone to RUN away from this daycare and give her no business. I ran into one of my son’s old teachers from this daycare and she said that she quit working there for that same reason! Because she was money hungry and did not care about the children. Not to mention for almost $200/week she did not provide food! Best decision I ever made was leaving this daycare.
The worst daycare I’ve ever sent my child to. Very unprofessional, I often times felt like I was being lied to or manipulated when talking to the owner. My child got picked up with scratches and bumps without any explanation. My child who was potty trained had to wear a pull up all day because they’re too lazy to clean up accidents, my child came home starving from being hungry and was really was regressing while here. There were a number of things that is wrong about this daycare. Children deserve better. If you want an environment your child can thrive in, this is not the place!
