Helen and the staff are amazing! Our son loves going to daycare

We did not have a good experience at this daycare, the infant “teachers” were not providing nurturing, attentive care and we walked in on many occasions to pick up my grandson and found him uncontrollably crying, while the “teachers” ignored him. On one occasion he was left alone in the room in a exersaucer hysterically crying also in a high chair crying and very upset and the caregivers had their back to him again, ignoring him. Another time on the floor crying with his face in the carpet at her feet, while the caregiver was in her phone sitting in a chair and ignoring him. All babies cry, but it is to the point of neglect by these caregivers in the infant room. Many of the babies were very upset and it was very unpleasant to see. We took him out of this daycare.

We got into Loving and Learning after a few months at a different daycare (we were on the waitlist for a year). I cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers and staff that work here. They take care of these babies and children like their own. Thank you thank you thank you!
