We have had our kids here now for a little while and I have to say that the experience has been nothing but amazing. They emphasize play that benefits kids, gets them outdoors, and encourages relationship building. Their communication has been really amazing and we have been impressed with everything so far. Locally owned and extremely professional.

I have had my daughter at the center since she was an infant. She has grown through the center and now is a school age kid. I really enjoyed watching all the opportunities the center has provided for her to grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively. They provide many outside learning opportunities too. The center is located next to Robinson park and the kids go on of nature walks often. It’s nice to know my daughter is safe, as the center has a key pad for parents to enter the building. Loving Hearts has became my daughter’s second home and we love seeing her thrive!

We love Loving Hearts Little Hands! We have had two kiddos cared for there since 2020 and they have been like family. Great sense of community, flexibility, individualized attention, and great communication. My kids like going to LHLH. Strongly recommend!

I love this center! They prioritize going outside and getting fresh air. The staff is friendly, loving, and communicative - and, my little guy has so much fun there.

Although our experience did not work out, here are some pros and cons. We liked that our son was able to attend part time as many daycares do not allow that option, some of the daycare staff were friendly, and the owner was nice. There were communication issues. Our 14 month old son had challenges adjusting to daycare being that this was his first time ever attending (though it was only part time). Prior to attending, I informed the director that he may have difficulties napping in a new environment. I was told it would not be a problem as all the daycare staff were “baby whisperers”. The first day I received a call that our son would not nap and they were at a loss of what to do. Almost every time we picked him up we would see him sitting by himself crying on the floor. We asked the staff how he did each day but got mixed messages, often that he was getting better with adjusting or did fine. On his fourth day of daycare, the director called informing us that all our son does at daycare is cry and that he should have been adjusted by now. While this made us very concerned, we tried to inquire more about the issues he was having and come up with a resolution but it felt like we were a bother. We went as far as to transition his naps at home to the daycare schedule to try to make things easier. We know our son had a hard time adjusting, but that is not an unexpected occurrence in the daycare industry. The last three days he attended daycare we were notified that he did not nap at all. When we inquired what he did during the designated nap times, we were told he just sat next to staff the entire time (nap time is 2.5 hours). Obviously getting COVID is almost inevitable at this point, however we did have concerns about the number of outbreaks at this facility. Our son attended this daycare for one month and was exposed on 3 separate occasions (which even includes an entire week when the daycare was shut down). When he tested positive for COVID, we inquired about sanitation and safety protocols and were met with resistance. We still to this moment never once received their formal protocol, despite them stating they would be sending it out at anytime. He attended this daycare for a total of 8.5 days and at the end all we felt was that we were a bother. When my son got COVID, we determined it would be best for both parties if he stopped attending this daycare. Furthering communication issues, when I sent my son’s enrollment withdrawal via email I never received any response.
