Loving Hearts Learning Place

My family has been with LHLP for 6 years. We chose to stay even after a previous director expelled my son for reasons that were unfair, but besides the point. Ive seen 3 directors before, all with their own faults, no one is perfect. Ashley has been great so far in running a center coming in as a brand new face. A lot of these reviews seem targeted and exaggerated. I have 3 children who I've always trusted in the care of these lovely ladies, all places have seasons of change. I will always recommend this center for you babies 💖 Ashley was the director at the school my son had to go to after being expelled and never had issues with him! And continued to care for my youngest two when she took over LHLP.

I just want to start off by saying, I have called Loving Hearts my home for 3+ years now. There has been a lot of ups and downs, but the amount of negativity being brought upon Miss Ashley is so unnecessary. While there has been some big changes, it’s all for the benefit of the children/overall building. I am so happy with all the improvements made to ensure my child’s safety. I feel secure knowing my child is getting quality care! It is the best feeling to see my child reach their milestones. These ladies are amazing🩷 You can see the amount of time and effort Miss Ashley has put in to better this center. There are a lot of upcoming family involved events/activities and I can’t wait to be apart of it! ☺️

New director, new rules, missed feedings, etc. The comments below with 1 star are 100% true. They wait until the end of the day to update the app on your child so you dont know if they are making up times for events or what. Several of the daycare workers have left and the replacements arent that great. They switched apps when the new director took over, we was forced to either carry several hundred dollars worth of cash to pay for child care, or use a debit/credit /ach payment along with a fee of over $7 to process. If you want cheap daycare, this is the place. If you want your child cared for, look elsewhere.

I used to love this facility the old directors and teacher were WONDERFUL!! However now I do not recommend this center for your children! They are have no communication, disrespectful and rude when it comes to your children! If your kids have behavioral issues and needs more attention or stability, they don't know how to handle them and are not trained properly! Ever since the new director Ashley Evans has started this center has been horrible!

My child has went to this daycare since he was 3 months old. And until the last few months since the new director has started I have never had so many issues with this facility. The lack of communication and rudeness! They say they are all about their communication with parents but they are not! The director advised she could offer resources for my child and when I asked about these resources none were giving to us! I would not recommend this facility as long as this director is in control, she is very rude! If I could leave a zero star review I would 100%! I am very disappointed with how this facility has turned out! Please take your child to a different facility. They can’t even keep staff, or keep staff to be in ratio. The fact of having 5 or more staff leaving in 1 month is crazy and should say a lot!
