There is a lack of preparation and professionalism at the facility, they don't promptly report incidents to parents. Twice I had to take my baby to the doctor for injuries caused by negligence, received him with a black eye and a split lip (twice). They only communicate something because we request explanations. Sad events culminated in having to remove my baby from there.

My son enjoys going there. Great staff. I was nervous about putting my son into a day care. But they have made it an excellent transition for both of us. And the staff have been very accommodating in helping us.
