This review will be lengthy and will be based on negative review left by other parents and I'm not saying what happened to them is not true,it's just my experience for the past 2yrs (going on 3yrs) I will start with I truly love this place. The workers are great and have always taken care of my daughter. I have no complains at all. I did read all the negative reviews but it's hard to say why they experienced that. My daughter been enrolled since she was 2yrs old. The only thing I can say it that she was sick every week for a long time. She was never around other kids because she is a covid baby but it's just so many other kids and germs which I understand and she hardly gets sick anymore. I do see them sanitizing the toys and changing the bed sheets. There is in fact a sick policy because I been called and pick up my daughter and was told she can't return with a fever or other symptoms. I'm not trying to mean but there is parent that do not care for their kids or don't have them means to do so. Kids with dirty clothes, dry boogers ( first thing in the morning) kids in summer clothes during the winter that can't reflect on the daycare but on the parents. I seen parents not providing diapers/formula or clothes after being told in person, sticky notes on the doors and also on the sign out binder. I donate diapers wipes and clothes to the daycare because no child should be left in soiled clothes let alone in diapers because the parent doesn't provide them. If you have a concern about the diapers being used on other kids, they do keep a record of how many diapers you brought in what day and how many. I NEVER had an issue with diapers. My daughter has also learned her colors, counting, and develop her speech as well. They just don't play all day. Not once have a seen any worker with her phone in her hand in the past 2yrs going in 3 yrs. AGAIN THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! It’s my daughter’s second day at this daycare she told me that the daycare teacher forces her to take naps and physically puts her head to the mat while yelling at her. As long as my baby is quiet I’m not sure why she is forced to take a nap. She had also told me one of the teachers said she was never going to see me again my daughter is so sweet and loving I’m not sure why they would ever tell anyone’s child this!!!! They do not have ANY TYPE of locks at the front door anyONE Could just walk in.. no cameras in the class for you to watch them through out the day let alone a window. The smell inside the school is disturbing… It was my daughter’s first time ever in daycare and she now wakes up crying for the 2nd night in a row. I’ll write the teacher threw out the day to try to get an update on my daughter never get no response when I come to pick her up and ask they act all surprised like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Says how she has three different teachers when I was only introduced to one only. She had also told me how they gave her skittles im assuming to keep her quite and I do not give my baby candy she is 3 years old!!!! I would not suggest this place to anyone if you love your kids these people are probably not licensed the way they have treated my daughter and I’ve got it all on recording I am going to sue for child neglect!! This place needs to be shut down or taken over by people that actually care about children and they safety

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! If I could give them 0 stars I would, my son only been at their center for two days on Friday Oct 26 2024 the daycare lady harmed my child without telling me, he was ripped and swollen in his private area, he also had a bad rash forming he also had the insides of the diaper on him which proves he was left in a dirty diaper all day. My 3 years old complain that she's thirty, she stated the first day she didn't have anything to drink and the second day they only gave her water 1 time and milk another. I would also like to state my 11 month old has food poisoning from the daycare. On the first and second day he's been thirty more then normal to the point he won't eat his food this started the first day of daycare. My son still drinks formula given his age, I gave them a formula chart for his formula feeding and provide my own can of formula they only gave him 1 bottle out a brand new can!! Both my children are there full time, but not no more unenrolling them Monday morning!! Also if you decide to let your children go to this daycare after seeing the bad reviews then DO NOT LEAVE THEM WITH PACKS OF DIAPERS, they will use your diapers you provide on other people children. Also DO NOT GAVE THEM CHANGE OF CLOTHING, they will keep them and say they were "lost"

My son has been enrolled for a year. He started out in the baby room and is now in the one year old. We have had more than a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, we are having to move out of town and my heart is broken that we have to leave.Every staff member is amazing, from Elizabeth in the front to all the teachers that have helped me raise my son over the last year. The facility is clean and have a very comfortable and homey feel. My sons teachers treat him like family and we are really going to miss this place.

Let me start off by saving the employees here are very nice. I don’t think they are intensionally trying to do wrong but there is certainly room for improvement. This will be lengthy but it is a very true honest review. I enrolled my two children here ages 4 and 2 so I got to see two different classrooms. 1. This was my first daycare experience so I had some expectations of care. However I quickly learned It was clearly just a place to put kids while parents were away. I would consider this more of a babysitting service than a daycare really. I would come in to see the small toddlers watching YouTube videos on the employees phone while she was just passing the time by until the kids got picked up. My oldest would be sitting on the floor with the tv on while the teacher sat there also waiting to pass the time by. They have a schedule posted up but not so sure they actually follow it. 9 times out of 10 I would walk in to see a screen on for the kids. My boys would come home starving, desperate to go play outside because they sat around all day. As a tired full time working mom who just wanted to sit down that was frustrating for me at the end of a long day. 2. Sanitation. Myself and my boys have been sick 14 or so times in the last 6 months. I don’t mean just a cold I mean the vomiting flu and Covid over and over again. I assumed it’s just daycare and being around other kids but I felt like this was just total disregard for sanitation. It’s not normal to get sick as often as we did without something falling through the cracks. So I became more observant and saw the girl change a diaper (not wash her hands) and then handle food and give it to the child. I’ve never seen gloves worn by any staff member. In the 4 year old room I went to take my son to the potty as I wanted to make sure he washed his hands well. Sure enough we go in and there’s poop all over the seat and around the bowl and it wouldn’t flush. Looks like one of the kids went and needed assistance. None of the staff noticed this mess, not surprising. 3. No sick policy. This kind of goes hand in hand with my above comments but when id drop off my child all the other kids had snot dripping from their noses, coughing and looking ill. I was surprised to see they were allowed to come. When I’d get a call about my child being sick it was only if he had a fever but they would expect him back the very next day. When I would keep him home which was the right thing to do I would get asked why he is not there. I assumed they would not want him there knowing the day before he was sick. Clearly there is no policy on being sick and they want to be paid for the child’s attendance. Explains why we never stopped being sick for 6 months. In conclusion the staff has always been kind to me and the boys. I never knew how the other parents could handle their child getting sick every other week but maybe they just don’t care because they want a place to put their kids. As a I said if you just need a place to dump off your kid this is it. If you want a place to watch your child and give more one on one attention then run as far away as you can.
