Highly upset with this place. My son was attending this daycare for a little over a month and half and got bit on his back while in their care, I was not notified since the staff had no idea it even happened. I reached out to them and told them my son had a bite mark on his back which did break skin and bruised. They told me they would check the cameras and see when it happened, and I never heard anything back. I let it go because I understand accidents happen and kids bite. And once again my son came home on Monday with not only one but two bite marks, one on his upper right shoulder and other on his forearm. I was not notified AGAIN since the staff was not aware it happened AGAIN! I understand kids bite but that is not why I am disappointed, it’s the fact that the teachers are clearly not paying attention. I reached out and let the administrator know what happened and sent photos, as well as told her I will no longer be sending him there and I would like to not be charged for the week since he only went one day and clearly was not being paid attention to. she said she’d “modify” his account and check the cameras again and see when it happened and still nothing.
My daughter loved going here! I also loved it! They have an app that allows you to see pictures of them and give updates about the child’s day! Definitely recommend
