If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I asked if there was availability and were told yes. Went on the 45 minute tour and were told at the end that she wasn't sure if there was availability but would call us. This was 1 month ago. Never received a call. Very unprofessional. I called and spoke with the director who gave us the tour and bogus excuse and she had a litany of excuses. Bottom line is we feel like we were discriminated against. If you want prompt service and professionalism don't pick this daycare. Maybe we just didn't fit what type of people the director was looking for....?
Fabulous staff! Low turnover rate. They helped my son feel welcome and accommodated his speech therapy.
