We've had our kids here for going on 3 years now and we absolutely love this place! Every teacher knows their names and they are all attentive to the needs of the children. There is a strong focus on play and social skills.

Both of my kiddos have attended LBCD! We absolutely love it there. The staff is so wonderful, warm, and patient with the kiddos. Ms. Jeanette the program director is so kind and dedicated. We love the fun and nurturing classrooms, the safe playground and the added amenities like their beautiful garden and so many toys for the kiddos. We also love that there is a password protected gate to get in so we feel safe leaving our kid's there, even though it's in a beautiful/safe neighborhood of Long Beach. They do special, themed days and parties for every holiday/occasion. Their hours are great for working parents and are open all Summer long with water play! My kid's both excelled and learned so much while there and were set up for their seamless transition to TK/Kinder in elementary school. Thank you LBCD for treating my littles like family!

My daughter has been attending LBCDC for a couple months now and I am so happy we got her in here. We toured SEVERAL preschools and this was my number one choice. When I got the phonecall that a spot was open I jumped on it, no hesitation. All of the staff are so kind and even teachers for the other classes know my daughter and greet me when I step on campus. Most importantly, my daughter loves going to school here. The director, Jeannette is extremely caring and professional. The teachers truly care about your kiddo, their well-being and their development. My daughter has grown so much in just a couple months and I know she will continue to grow in this space.

Long Beach Christian Daycare has a staff of ladies who are ,100% dedicated to the growth and development of the children they care for. Every staff member knows how to lead the children with gentle confidence, kindness, and respect. I have always felt that my children are safe, happy, and unconditionally loved in their care. They will LOVE your child, and your FAMILY . I can't imagine a better place for the loves of my life to be , whenever they are without me.

I was anxious and excited that my daughter will finally get to go to the school this year since she had been on the list for year and half. I began to call Janette in February of 2019 asking her about my daughter's enrollment status. She did not answer my phone calls, I left voicemails multiple times over her phone asking her to return my phone calls. Then around second week of March I began to contact Janette again she finally answered the phone and advised me that she will call parents up beginning in the April for upcoming school year. For some odd reasons, Janette left a brief voicemail on Home phone no. on Wednesday and then Thursday, In the message she stated that there is a spot available for my daughter for MWF but full day and I have until Friday basically 24 hours to decide and should call her before the end of the week. I called her that Friday and asking her what is the status my daughter's enrollment. She began speaking like she had already prepared this speech. Janette told me that She had already given up my daughter spot to another student, not even realizing I had returned her call before her fabricated deadline of Friday. I can smell the dishonesty in her demeanor over the phone because she had contradicted herself. Also, she advised me that there was never a half day spot available for my daughter. Just to show how ignorant this woman is I had concisely explained to her during the Tour that we wanted half a day as indicated on the application. She basically sold out my daughter's spot to a full day student because it is more profitable for the school. When told her that I will be giving you a one star review for your unethical behavior her tone of voice changed, tried to play nice and before she was all dramatic and all of sudden she changed her tone of voice to more mellow. The so called" enrollment process" that she has is based on lies and murky at best and devoid of transparency. I hope you will get to enjoy our hard earned $100.00 for your bogus enrollment fee. I feel sick to my stomach even thinking about School Director Janette unethical dishonest behavior. We waited year and half on the wait list, how rude is it for her to give me a day to decide and basically forcing my daughter to be enrolled in full day is strange and appalling. I felt like she was trying to price gouge us thinking that I will succumb to her classic bait and switch trick. I reckon profit matters more to this new director then the ethics which she has thrown out of the window and well being of the future of the children. I was also planning to enroll my toddler son to this school but after knowing how incompetent and unscrupulous director Janette can be as experienced who is running this school. I would stay away from even having that thought of enrolling my kid. Since Janette is the director of this school I cannot trust her judgement to hire quality staff who are in charge of teaching these kids.
