My daughter went here for 7 months and had great experience up until March 6th 2025. My daughter was in a class with a child who pulled her braid from her scalp! Yes from her scalp. I was not notified immediately and in fact was not contacted with a phone call. I received a text message to call them as soon as I could 2 1/2 to 3 hours after the incident took place, because the daycare director was not present and insisted that they wait until she arrives to look at the video and then she would call me. It was admitted that they were scared to call. They were only worried about their image and not my daughter. The assistant director was present and still didn’t call. The moment this event happened no one was concerned about how my daughter felt. She received extra lovings per their incident report, but we all know when something happens to our children we want to know immediately. At the end of the day when your child is hurt the first person they want is their mother ! Getting her braid pulled from her scalp is not a boo boo or scratch ! That is a pain in my 34 years of life I have not experienced and can’t imagine. My child was neglected due to there not being an appropriate amount of staff for the child to teacher ratio required nor to manage a child that requires a little more attention. So please make sure they are not short staff and that your child is in the best care. It’s about money with them and I was contacted immediately regarding payment faster than I was notified about the traumatic experience my daughter went through! My child sat and defended herself until she couldn’t anymore and which caused this to happen! When we leave our children with other adults we always hope they will take care and protect them like we would as mothers. The unknown is will her hair grow back, will she have scar tissue, and is she going to be traumatized from this incident! Always make sure that they are properly staffed and that you are contacted immediately in the event something happens to your child !
My son wasn't here for too long, but our brief experience with them was awesome! They're so fun and they send home crafts and do lots of little events to make it fun for the kids. Drop off is very easy, somebody comes out to get your kid and bring them out to you. We loved them!
