What Parents Say
Lock Haven YMCA Child Care Services receives mixed reviews averaging 4.1/5. While customers praise the friendly staff, affordability, and family-friendly atmosphere, concerns include inconsistent published hours, equipment maintenance issues, and billing/cancellation problems.
Facility is nice. They don't provide refund, so insure that if you get a membership that you go in fill out membership cancelation and take a picture for records. Calling and requesting cancelation of membership will not work and you will be charged. I personally will never be utilizing this facility again.
Nice staff! Not a fun place to workout! Dirty, old damaged equipment. Dreary, free weigh atmosphere. 50 bucks a month for beat up, out of date, weight room and cardio equipment..id rather lift rocks and logs!
I love coming here every day to workout thank you Lock Haven YMCA!!! Everything here is perfect!
Half the machines are always broken and take months to get fixed. They charge you an insane price for membership and don’t do anything to improve the gym. Recently they removed the downstair’s bathrooms only way of drying your hands because someone flushed the paper towels down the toilet. Punishing all the paying members and making the bathrooms unsanitary just for a petty reason and putting up multiple passive aggressive signs around the building like “we are watching the cameras”. How about punish the culprit instead of the members.
Staff (Cori) was very rude when I asked if they could charge my card so i can go workout saying she can't drop what she's doing to accommodate my needs while she signed me in when all i did was simply asked if she could. Charged me a full day day pass even tho they were closing in 40 minutes. Saying it's not her fault that i decided to come around that time.
