Livingston Head Start

I would not recommend this school for anyone’s child. After my son started attending, I began receiving multiple reports of him hitting teachers, hitting other students, and throwing things, which is completely outside of his character. My son is not a fighting child and has never behaved this way at home. They even called me to pick him up one day because they said he ran from the teacher when it was time to come inside from recess. They explained they only contact parents when the situation becomes “out of control,” but in my opinion, a three-year-old wanting to stay outside and play does not qualify as out of control. Because of the repeated concerns, I decided to remove my son from the school and re-enroll him into the academy he previously attended. I asked his current school for a report, and they stated there have been no issues or reports of any of the behaviors the other school claimed were happening. Overall, this experience was very concerning and left me unsure of what was truly going on while my child was in their care.

Never would recommend my child to go here again, teachers are so unprofessional and my child came home very aggressive and acting not like herself. I asked to see camera footage they wouldn’t show me. Teachers mistreat students here
