Read this slowly to yourself, “ Go Somewhere else.” I don’t understand a mental health clinic having a receptionist with such a callous attitude towards patient and parents. Her encounters with patient are rude, passive aggressive, and reprimands that are just insulting. There’s a lack of communication, in this clinic… and “ lack” is being generous. The therapist I was assigned… without getting in depth. Lacked active listening and appropriate response. Which created a lot of irritation with this therapist. Which was the decision factor of leaving this clinic. I’ve been here twice now (2019) & (2023) and nothing has changed. I will not be a patient here again .
