Little Wonders Day Care

I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Little Wonders Daycare. On multiple occasions, I have picked up my daughter only to find that her pants were soiled. It is alarming that basic childcare needs, such as changing a child after using the bathroom or assisting with potty training, are being neglected. Most recently, when I came to pick up my daughter, she had two separate poops in her pants from the same instance, which was extremely smelly and hard to ignore. I initially asked Mila if she could change my daughter’s pants, and that’s when she tried to gaslight me by claiming it was illegal for the workers to do so. After she refused, I offered to change her pants myself, but Mila refused again, stating that the daycare was closed. My daughter always announces when she is ready to use the bathroom, yet the workers there continuously ignore her. Despite raising these concerns with the owner, I was given false promises that the situation would improve, but nothing has changed. To make matters worse, both the owner and a worker approached my car in an unprofessional and confrontational manner as I tried to leave, attempting to escalate the situation. When I tried to talk to Mila about the situation, she rudely gestured for me to leave instead of addressing my concerns. After this incident, instead of attempting to resolve the issues and improve their care, the daycare terminated the contract with our daughter. This was clearly an attempt to avoid accountability for their actions, which I consider to be child neglect. Furthermore, the owner contacted my husband and attempted to twist the story in her favor, misrepresenting the facts and shifting blame. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. While I’ve had good experiences with a couple of the workers in the past, the majority seem untrained and unable to provide even the most basic care for children. As a parent, I trust daycare centers to provide my child with a safe, clean, and caring environment. Unfortunately, Little Wonders Daycare has failed to meet those expectations. I would not recommend this center to other parents based on my experiences.

Over the last decade and a half, all four of my children have attended Little Wonders Day Care, Child Discovery & Enrichment Center. Most recently, my 6-year old twins graduated last year and now attend first grade. So I have a longstanding relationship with the teachers and director of Little Wonders. The experience with Mila and her dedicated group of teachers over the last 15 years has been phenomenal! The teachers are so kind, caring, attentive and communicative. They routinely went above and beyond to make sure that my children were safe, happy, healthy and engaged in learning! The teachers were always helpful with special requests, and showed genuine care and concern for the educational development and well-being of my children. The location is very convenient. The property is spacious and well-maintained. Drop-off and pick-up logistics are easy. The classrooms are immaculately clean, bright and cheerfully furnished and equipped. Early childhood learning is one of the most important decisions that we make for our young children. If you are reading this review and are in the process of deciding where to send your child, I highly recommend that you get your child into Little Wonders!!!

Little Wonders is the best place I know. I trust my kids 100% to all staff members. My kids love the place so much, they ask me when is Monday so they can go back to be with their peers and teachers. We’re with the daycare for over the year, and I decided to write my review now after seeing the recent lies written about the place. It’s shocking how people can say offensive things about nice people. Sorry, but I couldn’t be silent.

My daughter loves teachers, she is only two years old and she already knows the alphabet! Very friendly, nice and lovely girls work there. Daycare is located a few minutes from home. I am very satisfied and recommend Little Wonders to all parents!!!

Very patient and caring with my son. He’s off to kindergarten!! 😊😊😊Little Wonders and his friends will be missed. My niece who also attends LW will miss our little visits to her classroom to knock on the glass to see her. She LOVES her teacher and sticks to her like glue. Never had a complaint or issue.
