When I first signed my child up for their daycare services, everything seemed legit & I turned in the paperwork that they wanted. The first day of my child being there, they tell me that she can’t stay, because they don’t have other documents that I was never made aware of. I was also told on that day that they don’t supply her with almond milk & that I’d have to buy it. Luckily, her mom was at the house & brought the stuff over. After that, it was always something each day. Every other day, they’re giving you a slip, asking for diapers and wipes, only to have your child wearing somebody else’s diapers, when you pick them up. We normally picked our child up at 4pm. She was just waking up from a nap. Children are in there, hitting each other, etc. One child put snot on my child & we get told that the child is always bad, but the mother is nice, so they don’t complain to her. We was also told that other kids drink our child’s milk, as well. Our child has allergies and asthma. She had a cough & we took her to the doctor & that’s how we found out. We even had a doctor’s note. It didn’t matter to them. They put our child in a high chair from the time she got there, until the time we picked her up. 6am-4pm. The assistant said that she help the other teachers, so she can’t be with our child, while she’s in the high chair. So, our child is by herself. We pulled her out, once we found that out.
