What Parents Say
Little Village Kids Town receives mostly positive feedback from parents, with six 5-star reviews praising the attentive staff, clean facilities, safety measures including cameras, and structured activities. However, one parent reported being dropped without notice after requesting to hold their spot during maternity leave, citing concerns about the center prioritizing government-funded enrollments over private payers.
My kids have been here four years now, the communication and care is great. The layout of the school is comforting since the wall dividers between classrooms are about 5ft you can always hear and see the children. The teachers are very attentive and whole heartedly care for the kids as their own. When hiring new teachers they have a lengthy process to be hired but also their behaviors with the children are monitored because there is never just one teacher alone with kids and their are cameras throughout the center. I will always recommend this childcare and continue with their services. They work with the children to reach their milestones and even help to potty train. They abide by any allergies and medication administrations. They're great with breastmilk procedures and always stay busy with the kids instead of having them in front of a TV.
I am VERY disappointed with this daycare. They are very money greedy. I had my toddler enrolled for 4 months and always paid the private rate always on time, but then I went on maternity leave from my job and I asked them to save my spot for her and my new baby. I called every month to make sure they still had my spot and every time they said they still had their spot. ONE day before I went back to work they decided to cancel on me. I know it is because they get more money from kids who get government aid. So if you are a private payer please avoid this daycare. They will literally screw you over!
I been havin both of my kids here!! Great teachers and staff
My daughter lasted a day here. It is cheaper than most daycares but you get what you pay for. In my experience, I noticed they tried to have all infants on the same eating schedule. It is super loud in there (big open space for all class rooms and just wall dividers that when up about 6 feet. I would not recommend, if you get gov assistance, there are way better daycares that also accept it.
I absolutely would recommend it to anyone. I only had my one year old son there for three months (because I had the summer off to be with him). I switched him from another daycare because he was constantly getting sick. Not here! He never got sick, never had any issues. As a parent it was difficult at first to leave my son there, but within a couple of weeks he was waving bye to me. They also have cameras there and have so much structure that it really helps the kids out.
