My daughter has attended LTU West from birth to 4 years old when she graduated to GSRP at West. From the Covid shut down, government changes to laws & policies, staff changes & more…LTU owners have been nothing but amazing! They keep the children & staff’s safety at the forefront! The communication through it all was outstanding. Although prices increased year after year & that could be straining at times it ultimately made sense. Just as the rest of the world had gone up, they had too as well! I really appreciate how after all these years & my youngest now attending East the owners have really upped their standards. They ensure the staff is well trained, they follow state guidelines & rules to a T. They provide a structured day & secure environment. I have even noticed the amount of updates they have put in at West. They really pride themselves on providing such a well put together place. The owners spend set days at East & West which is so reassuring that someone is always on site along with their administration staff!! So thankful for the relationships my children have created & friends my oldest daughter still has! Thank you LTU!
We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Little Tykes University! My son has been attending since he was just 7 weeks old, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better place for him. The staff are kind, caring, and amazing at communication. I always feel informed and confident that my son is in great hands. I have nothing but positive things to say — highly recommend!
My daughter is now 4 years old and has been attending Little Tykes University since she was 3 months old. We have nothing but good things to say about the care she receives here! Any concerns we have had have been addressed promptly. They have frequent visitors, such as a balloon animal maker, zoo animals visits, and even an ice cream truck where all the kids get to choose their favorite treat! All of my daughters teachers have been passionate about their work and take giving the kids the best educational experience very seriously. I’m actually surprised to see the one star reviews!
When we first started here, staff was great. Really cared about our kids in making it feel like their home away from home. We were happy with our care but unfortunately when they opened the new center it went downhill. The owners were hardly ever there, checks would take up to a month to cash at times with just being told eventually they will get to them. Sorry. When you are trying to budget, it's really hard to do so when you always have pending checks just because the owners can't make it in for weeks on end. I get vacations and family emergencies but I'm talking 4 plus weeks multiple times a year. We constantly had paperwork, price increases and etc. Again, some is normal but some like the new sick time law, it was the parents responsibility to pay more to pay the workers? Guess what, I don't get paid sick time. My work doesn't increase prices to our customers. I get some people can do that and some places can't, but ultimately it shouldn't be the parents paying more to compensate that. As our kids got older, we were called to pick up our kids because they were too weepy, suspected of diseases that our doctor laughed about just because they were not familiar with diseases or they didn't want to deal with them. This really put a risk on my job because almost weekly they were sent home early. As a working parent this really stressed our family out and it got to the point my kids would cry just going in the parking lot or run to a corner of the room to cry. Workers rarely moved and just kept talking to their coworkers. My kids were clearly not wanted at this place. Extremely heart breaking when this is supposed to be a "Christian" childcare. If you bring your kids, just watch closely to their reactions. It tells you way more than you think. This place is great for some, just not our family.
Send your child here if you want them to regress. We had our child potty trained over the weekend. Sent them in on Monday and they were back in diapers. They dont follow rules when it comes to the three strikes you are out. They like keeping the bad kids. Our child would cry every time we pulled into the parking lot. All the good staff members left. We left as soon as we could but the damage had been done to our child. Don't send your kid there.
