Little Sunshine Preschool & Daycare

I have been employed at this location since we started training and preparing the building for opening a year ago. I have fostered the greatest relationships with my fellow coworkers, our admin, and our LSP families. I cannot express how supportive our staff is to one another here, and it is a large reason I can continue to thrive! I love that even as an infant teacher, I am constantly learning new approaches to learning. We have the most fantastic families that motivate me to become the best version of myself. I also have two children that attend LSP. Addison and Haleigh do a great job at keeping me updated on how my son is doing, I love that I see them constantly engaged with those babies at the end of the day. They have alerted me when my son has shown signs of lower fluid intake and I love their attention and care to detail! Natalya in my daughter’s room is also phenomenal, she has always been willing to talk to me and troubleshoot with me if my daughter is ever having any issues. She has been so incredibly kind and patient with my daughter, and I know my three year old is not always the easiest. She was also a big help in getting my daughter potty trained, which was no easy feat! Communication is such an important thing to me and I love that our teachers will have those hard conversations with me. I have the privilege of seeing the other teachers at work too, and everyone is so incredibly kind and I have learned a lot from many of them. All of our floaters and admin deserve the same recognition— we couldn’t do it without them! As soon as my family walks in the door, I know that our LSP family has our backs!❤️ I also want to edit and give our kitchen staff a shout out! They do a wonderful job communicating with us and working around different allergies. We all know our kids are much happier once they’re well fed, so thank you to Chefs Bre and Kaylee as well!

Everything about Little Sunshine has been amazing! The staff is communicative and helpful, the food offered is varied and healthy, and my child is living their best life every day they go to Little Sunshine. The smiles and stories shared every day confirm what I see from the outside. Some may say the price is high, but you get what you pay for. Also, the rates go to support living wages for the teachers and staff, and let's face it, costs aren't going down. I only wish we would have been here sooner to join this great school.

We are so happy with our experience so far at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool! Ms. Sam, Ms. Adrienne, and Ms. Luby are so welcoming, enthusiastic, and attentive! I look forward to seeing them each morning at drop off. Ms. Theresa has put the “Wonder” in Wonderland! She readily accepts and implements parent requests (including putting on sun-protective clothing like hats and shirts when outside)! She keeps the room neat, organized, and engaging. We LOVE all the photos she takes and sends throughout the day. Highlights of my experience at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool include the amazing staff that is genuinely invested in my daughter’s experience, learning, health, and development. They have an incredibly easy to use app where I see my daughter engaging in many fun and new activities each day via photos and videos! The facilities are clean and clearly well designed to meet the children’s and teacher’s needs. I appreciate the weekly menus filled with healthy, unique food offerings. I feel so lucky that they puree and offer foods as needed to my nearly 10 month old! I’ve even used their weekly meal plans to help plan meals for her; as a first time mom, they are an invaluable resource. I highly recommend Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and, if you’re considering enrolling, wholeheartedly encourage you to DO IT!

The director, April, does a great job making sure the kids are having fun, but also that everything runs smoothly! Our daughter loves going to daycare! The teachers are great and caring! They do fun activities where they are learning and having fun! I also really appreciate all of the communication between families and staff!

We cannot rave about Little Sunshine’s Playhouse enough. We know when we drop off our infant that she is getting the best care possible. Everyone at LSP, from the directors to the infant teacher team (special shoutout to Jordan, Theresa, Sam and Adrienne!) is fantastic and treats our daughter like their own. The communication is phenomenal and the activities they plan are second to none. So thankful we found LSP!
