Not sure what "Mel" was talking about, but the play area is mostly shaded, and when I see the pictures of the kids, they're not smiling for the camera because they look so intent, so focused on what they're doing! My child attended and grew so much from their rich environment and philosophy - I couldn't be happier, nor could my son! He was always eager to attend. Not to foster competition but reviews on Yelp are much more in line with the program, since there are so many.
I showed up once unexpectedly and a man that worked there was yelling at one of the kids. Another time they had all the kids standing out in the sun sweating making them wait to go inside or get water. Our child is normally very happy, but while there they were miserable. All the pictures they're in there is no smiles. After all this happened we took our child out immediately and put them somewhere else.
