Do NOT send your kids here!! The teachers are NOT watching the kids at all. My child's hair was pulled out down to the scalp by another kid and no one wants to answer any questions. This is the 2nd time that something has happened at this center. This is final straw. How are they allowing these things to happen to our kids? Victor did not want to answer any questions and the teacher Cynthia, I just don't know what she was doing. They waited to inform me when I was picking my child up and the end of the day instead of calling when the incident happened. Tread lightly when picking this center. I'm only picking one star because I had to in order to submit my review, otherwise zero stars.
LOVE this daycare. They treat my son with so much patience and kindness. I looked at many day cares and this one is both affordable and safe for your child. ALL of the employees are nice. Everyday i drop him off he runs off to play, Everyday i pick him up he's had a full day and has a smile on his face. He loves them. Little Steps is the best choice for my child.
I love Little Steps, my children have attended this daycare on and off for 5 years. They always welcome my children back with open arms. They love Ms. Cintia and Ms. China. They’re excited to go to daycare in the morning. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place I 10/10 recommend them to you.
Love this daycare:) They treated my daughter like family <3 Very loving and caring. My daughter had a difficult time speaking and was very shy when she was enrolled but by the end (year and a half) she blossomed into a social butterfly. She learned her numbers and shapes many other things that prepared her for preschool.
I love how caring and welcoming they are. Every morning when i drop off my kid I feel comfortable going to work because I know Cinthya and her staff are taking care of her. Once in a while my 3 year old will cry cause she doesn't want me to leave but Cinthya always convinces her and comforts her into staying without crying. I swear they spoil the kids and that is awesome!! My refrigerator is full of all the activities they do with her. They have an app were they are consistently updating with pictures and videos of what they are doing. I would highly recommend it!!
