Great location . BUT LACK ACCOUNTABILITY …the teachers in the little ones room are rude . The teachers are never happy body language say I don’t want to be here .The teachers never say good morning . They are always on the phone or somewhere in the corner of the room, on the rug with their phones in their hands under a blanket . One teacher smells like marijuana all the time and one has nails that’s very long and loud ! What bothers me the most is the quality of service at this place. They switch teachers so much . As a parent you should at least establish some sort of connection with parents . That way PARENTS WILL KNOW how their kids are doing and what the kids need . The teachers that you drop your child off to never know the answers to anything . The temporary teachers place the wrong diapers on a kid because they are too lazy to look . Better yet giving milk to a child that has a cow milk allergy . Mind you all of this is shared on the application . I don’t even think they take the little ones outside. This is the first daycare where children are released with soiled diapers and face full of snot or crumbs . THE TEACHERS ARE LAZY , LITTLE COMPASSION. No one is hardly ever at the front desk . So if you have to pay tuition you’ll have to search for them or just stand there because they only take cash . DONT WORRY NO TIME IS WASTED JUST STANDING THERE . They (the staff) fail to inform parents of influx of cases in the building (Rsv, strep, hand foot and mouth ) You will never receive a notice in your babies backpack not even a notice through the Remind app they asked for parents to download . But they will continue to expect payments . Little School is NOT providing their best service ! The owner I thought was professional enough to listen to parents concern rather than cut them off . She was also very defensive as sharing our experience with kids. Worst mistake choosing this place ! Not one apology was given for any of the horrible experiences. Children have experienced better systems in other schools so I know Little School can do better ! My hopes were high finally finding a location close to my home . I’m very disappointed. Praying for all the kids that attend right now 🙏

My grandchild started here at 9 weeks old. Very happy easy baby. One that could easily be placed on the back burner so-to-say. Often times when I would pick her up I’d get uncomfortable while seeing a child’s head hanging down fast asleep in a swing, or one continuously crying in a swing with no consoling. But not one time was it mine. Today, it was mine. I walked into her fast asleep in a swing with her head hanging down, completely covered in vomit (drenched from her neck down) and I was livid. I got her out of swing quickly making sure she was okay. I then took her over to changing table and removed her soiled clothes, wiped her the best I could with cold wet wipes and when I removed her diaper it was full of poop. She stunk so bad of sour milk and poop. She already had a diaper rash that was brought to their awareness the day before. When I asked why she was this way I was told by two of her workers, I don’t know I just got back from break. One replied, I saw she was wet but didn’t want to disturb and wake her. Seriously? The ladies that have care for her have very kind and seem to love my granddaughter. But I don’t feel they’re physically able to care for the amount of babies they have. The director needs to re-evaluate her infant room.

My child went to this school a half day!! When I pickup my children up that was 2 years old, some other child bit my child in the back!! My daughter also had scratches in her face! Asked the teachers about it and the teachers told me they didn't know what happened. I took pictures of my child face and back! I showed it to the teachers and the manager what happened to my child that half day!! The Manager said they would look at the video and call me to get stuff settled but until this day I never heard back from this daycare!! My child got to this school she was so happy to meet new friends for the very first time playing with other kids! The kids was taking the toys out of your hands and I wish I wouldn't never taken my child to this daycare!! Now my is acting like the kids that she meet for the first time!! If I could I would give this a zero!!!!!

My nephew has come home now for the THIRD time with child bites on him. The first time, we were informed that the teacher was no longer working there. Now, the THIRD time, “the teacher is gone for the day and we were not made aware.” If you were not made aware about this prior then explain to me how the teacher was asked to leave the daycare and a new teacher has her spot? Explain to me how kids who bite are still allowed at this daycare. I have worked at many and when a child bites they are removed. Accountability is what this daycare lacks and needs to improve on. We shouldn’t have to take him to the ER every other week to make sure this bite doesn’t turn into anything serious. I shouldn’t have to put cream on his face to prevent infections.
