My coworker ranted and raved about how amazing this daycare was, so we were put on a waiting list for this daycare back in January when I was pregnant. We knew we would need to enroll him the end of September. As it gets closer to that time, we are trying to get in touch to make sure our son is still on the waiting list and is set to start daycare. However, we have not received a single call or email back for several months. When I call to inquire, staff is rude and dismissive. Regretfully, I wish I had gotten on a waiting list with someone else because this was an utter waste of my time.
This daycare is so wonderful. The staff is responsible, communicative, and really got to know and love the kids, treating them like individual precious humans. The owner has been very responsible and professional with addressing any concerns I had during our time there. I relocated and I wish I could just take everyone with us. Such a great care center. Thank you!
