My two children have been going to this daycare since they were 6m and 7weeks and how they are turning 4 and 3. There is no other daycare I would recommend to put your trust into other than this one. I know my babies are safe and loved by all of the staff in the facility. Every day I get a picture of them in their class which always warms my heart. We all love it here and I’m sure your family will to!

The teachers don’t care. The teachers are on their phones instead of engaging with the children. They have stank attitudes and wouldn’t greet my son in the mornings when we brought him to class. The teachers tell the kids to “shut up” and they yell at the children and have terrible attitudes. They claim they’re above the standard but don’t understand how to handle and care for children who are introverted. As a five star learning facility you would think their teachers would know that not all children have the same learning or communication style. They showed no effort to equip my child with social and emotional skills and instead would let him cry himself soaking wet until I picked him up from school at the end of the day. I don’t know how long he was sitting there in class crying and snotting all over himself. You would think they would atleast clean him up and not leave him a mess like that. I didn’t drop him off that way. They let children go into an open group bathroom together with no stalls or dividers and they don’t have teachers supervising. My child was peed on by another child and his teachers were completely unaware of the incident. There’s been multiple times where something has happened to one of my kids and no adults working there have any answers for me. Their bathrooms were always filthy when we came by to pick our sons up. Which tells you alot about their lack of concern for health and safety. My son’s head was swollen one day to the point where his face was actually lopsided..I picked him up and none of his teachers had even noticed. They didn’t know what to say. They really need to establish some real guidelines to follow for preventing the spread of germs there. Our kids were coming home with a virus from daycare every weekend for the entire winter. It was ridiculous! We were promised so many things that they never actually delivered on. Not to mention they told me I would be able to see their camera footage just to turn around and say they got a new security system and deleted all their old files! My son has a peanut allergy and they allowed candy with peanuts to be distributed during Easter at school!! The negligence here is unheard of! Don’t let the five stars fool you! Their owner told me I wouldn’t be able to find better! First of all how dare he tell me what I will find. And secondly, why don’t you take a closer look at how your facility is being ran. I shouldn’t have a list a mile long of incidences that have occurred under your facility’s supervision (or lack thereof). All you have to say is that it’s a learning experience for us? lol yea I learned something alright. I won’t be recommending you to anyone I know who is looking for child care. My kids were top of their class— it’s Young Scholars’ loss.
