Little Scholars Learning Center

I cannot praise this center highly enough. My child loves going here. We are always extremely vigilant about where we send our child for care, especially since our child is so young. Ms. May is literally amazing. I cannot ask for anyone better. My kid talks about how much they love Little Scholars every day. And, as an educator myself, I love that they have weekly lesson plans and objectives. And, they have activities that align with those objectives.

My 4 boys have been there for 4+ years and they love it, greatest daycare. Staff is so caring and respectful no words can describe. Very grateful to have found this daycare where my kids learn and are loved.

The director has control issues. Staff is not allowed to communicate with parents. After repeated incidents of my granddaughter being slapped, kicked in the back, pinched by another child. I was told to please give it some time because the child’s mother is aware of him attacking other children and she’s taking him for testing. But her solution was to move my 6yr old granddaughter to a different classroom with older children. She never discussed this with me she just moved her. I pick the children up one evening and she was in her brothers class. This is the class where my grandson was being bullied by a child 3 times his size. Yes I informed the parent that this was happening. The director/owner has cameras all around the center. Therefore she was aware of what was going on she just chose not to address the incidents if the child did not say anything then she smiles and wishes you a good evening. But when the children would tell before even walking out she would say oh yes the teacher did tell me that (John doe) hit someone today or what ever the incident was. I’m going to find out more and I’ll take care of it. The director/owner informed me that the child doing the bullying of my grandson was going to be suspended because there had been too many incidents with this child. The bullying stopped after I informed the mom. . But like I said my grand children were dropped because the director/owner said she spoke with her husband and he felt like I could be a problem in the future. I didn’t trust her to take care of the matter. What I should have did was pulled them at the first sign of trouble. But the director can be very convincing and manipulative. Never again just because the prices were reasonable. Then she informed me she would allow them to stay 2 weeks while I look for another daycare because that’s what she does when she dismisses kids from her center. So this has happened how many other times? And had the nerve to ask if I wanted her to refer me to another center! The other parent thanked me for informing her of what was going on. Then the owner/director text me apologizing for the outcome and how she enjoyed having my grandchildren at her center! Woman bye! Your business will not prosper! I was being cheap and allowed my grandchildren to stay at the daycare from hell!! Never again!!

This school is amazing. Mrs. May took her time with the tour and gave all the information I needed to know. This school is VERY clean and organized and your kids will actually learning something and are well-taken care of. My daughter attends their summer camp program and always tell me how she had a good day at school and how excited she is to go back. 10/10 would recommend for any parent.

This is the first time I ever put my boys in daycare and I was so nervous! After meeting Ms May my husband and I had such a relief and peace of mind. She is very open and very detailed with explaining what the kids do through out the day, every week they have different learning curriculum which I loved! To say my boys 4 and 7 LOVE it here is an understatement they look forward to it every morning! My oldest loves Ms Chloe and Ms May his favorite teachers!!
