The daycare is spotless, incredibly well-organized, and has the kind of warm, welcoming atmosphere every parent hopes for. The entire staff treats the kids like family, and it's so clear that they truly care. I’ve never once had to worry about my son’s safety or well-being—he’s not just looked after, he’s nurtured, loved, and celebrated every single day. Communication is top-notch, with regular updates that keep us informed and connected. I cannot say enough great things about Rugrats daycare! Ashley, the owner and director, is an amazing person and I completely trust her and her staff with my 16 month old daughter. All of her staff keep me up to date with pictures and messages about how my daughter is doing and anything she needs. Ashely is in constant communication with parents about changes and events going on at the daycare. She provides lots of opportunities for family engagement and input. Any time I have had schedule changes due to work, they have been accommodated. My daughter is always happy and smiling when we walk into daycare. She can’t wait to see her teachers and start playing with her friends! When I walk in the building I am greeted by all of the staff and they are all engaged with the children in their care. Although daily communication between staff and parents is through a mobile app, I have never seen staff on their phones. I recommend Rugrats to anyone interested in high-quality, responsible, loving, family-oriented childcare.

By far the cleanest and most professionally ran child care facility in the area. Ashley and her team are instrumental in our children's growth. Constant and consistent communication throughout the days/weeks. They go above and beyond with extracurricular activities. We feel truly blessed that we found this team. The trust we have with them makes parents feel extremely comfortable with their child attending. Amazing, amazing facility!

The staff members are incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my daughter's development. The rooms are so cute and always clean and well-kept. I love how many cute crafts and keepsakes they make! It’s clear that the teachers care deeply for their kids. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing place for our daughter to learn and grow!
