Absolutely horrible communication. They only let your child be there for a minimum for 9 hours. If your child is there more than 9 hours they charge you $15 for every hour additional (even if it’s only 30 minutes extra). I had “acts of children approved aid” but they charge $150 ON TOP OF THE CO PAY!! They’re closed for a whole 2 weeks for “winter break” which is extremely inconvenient for working parents. All over the websites, and paperwork they said Monday-Friday hours are 6-6 but Friday’s they close at 5:00. YOU CAN ONLY drop your kid off/pick up at your scheduled time (even though there hours of operations of 6-6) If you have to “change” your set schedule of pickup/drop off you have to tell them TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE!!! The owner Ms.Keesha has no care for the kids. All she cares about is getting a check and being greedy, and milking hard working parents for money by creating random “rules” !!! THAT NO OTHER DAY CARE DOES I had told her I needed to change “pick up/drop off time” to 5:30 Monday-Thursday Instead of saying “not a problem” she made me and my child feel like a inconvenience to her and the daycare because apparently all the kids happen to get picked up by 5:00 and he would be the only child there and was complaining she had to stay for LITERALLY ONLY 30 minutes, EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT CLOSE TILL 6!!!!!! She wasn’t even the person who gave me a tour, never introduced her self. When I finally seen her in the day care I asked if she was the owner all she said was “mhm” not introducing herself if anything. Always had an attitude. Wouldn’t hold the door for me and my child. Barely said a thing to us. Didn’t tell us till almost 10:00 AT NIGHT that the next day they would be closed due to snow. Horrible ownership ! Don’t go here !

I started sending my son here at 4 months old and he’s been there a few months and we love it! The staff are all warm, communicative and professional. It sets my mind at ease knowing I can go to work and my son is with great people.

We called in for information about infant care, speaking with Michelle. After saying they had an open spot, we asked for pricing. They said they would not discuss pricing on the phone and insisted we schedule a tour for next week. We explained we needed care ASAP and asked for a rough estimate, because we didn’t have time to wait and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. They literally just hung up the phone on us. So rude and unprofessional. Glad we didn’t waste our time on a tour.

I absolutely love them. My daughter has been attending the home daycare for almost a year now. They are very clean, professional, and caring. I love how they treat my child as if she were their own family. The staff is absolutely amazing and they even help with potty training. They really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and I am very thankful to them for taking such great care of my baby!

Cozy Castle is a great place! They have an amazing staff. The teachers really make an effort to engage with the kids. Not only is it a daycare but also an educational based facility. They are teaching my son how to sign language which has helped tremendously. instead of him crying he can sign when he's hungry, wants milk or when he needs a pamper change. He's also learning numbers, days of the week, months and the list goes on. the facility is very clean and neat. rooms are thought out by separating the kids by age groups. Let me add that my son has been attending here since they opened. he loves coming to daycare & as long as he's happy so are we. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a safe and reliable learning environment.
