I have had my son at the Little People's Place Childcare center and couldn't have been more thrilled with the quality and high level of service provided to my son, wife and myself. Theresa communicated herself in a clear, professional manner and it was easy to schedule services as situations presented themselves. I most of all loved the educational environment fostered for our children as well as the healthy food policy. I strongly recommend this childcare center as the best I've encountered after five children.

This was home away from home for my child. Ms. Theresa and Ms. Danielle have become family and the rest of the team was always very devoted to the children attending. Our daughter started going there at 4months and was nurtured in a caring and supportive environment. Her communication skills reflect the care and attention she was given the three yrs she attended. Being in a daycare where all ages are together, helped my daughter develop great socialization skills. The smoothies and wholesome meals Theresa provides are an added bonus!! Blessed to have found Little People's Place!!

My mother passed away a month before I gave birth to my daugher. I was truly nervous about who would take care of my daughter when it came time for me to begin working again. Thankfully, we had dear friends who raved about Mrs. Theresa and Little People's Place. We have been so grateful for the love and affection that the ladies have shown our little one. We have appreciated the schedule they have put her on and also the independence they encouraged of her. She also is incredibly social and tries to keep up with the big kids. I appreciate that she has older kids to look up to. It is truly a home away from home for our baby girl. We definitely recommend LPP as a wonderful childcare option in Harlem.

We enrolled our daughter in Little people place and the care our daughter received was great! However the Director Theresa McNeil didn’t sustain professionalism with her establishment. As parents we understand things are subject to change. Theresa McNeil negated that change within less than a 24 hrs notice. When we discussed her time mismanagement error that was marked for a different calendar day, Theresa frustration proceeded to follow me in the hallway by berating me in front of the children and her neighbors, with that being said, we were hesitant to continue with childcare services, however she made that decision possible by sending a text message of termination services at 2am in the morning. Also, Ms McNeil randomly have these unnecessary fees(e.g. activity fee per semester, security fee, late fee after 10am etc) I highly do not recommend Theresa McNeil at LPP

I've had two children in little people's place for a total of 6 years with an 11 year gap in between the experience is very unique and home like my children were always in a place where they learned discipline yet knowing it came from a place of love and respect my children got the privilege to experience a form of unconditional love and encouragement yet with the knowledge of learning whats right and wrong. Theresa is women that can be off putting to those that appreciate to be sugarcoated however is very honest and says what needs to be said. Those who can get pass the unorthodox way of communicating with people can see the love and affection she has in her heart when she speaks
