Called to inquire about daycare for my newborn daughter. The lady asked me my last name and when I told her she said I was being dishonest and trying to prank her. I told her I wasn't but that didn't get me anywhere. I know I have a long last name but it's not that difficult. Extremely rude. Not very bright. Definitely wouldn't trust around my child.
