I don't like to leave negative reviews, but as a mama, I feel that it's important to be truthful so that other mama's (and daddy's) are aware, plus this daycare doesn't have any recent reviews. Our 3 month old started in September. They have the Procare App, but don't use it. (Maybe I'm just used to my other son's daycare, receiving updates after every diaper change, feeding, nap, etc. The teachers at my older son's daycare message me right away too if they have any questions or concerns. Little People does not.) I had zero communication throughout the day. Nicole did respond to me on his first day and told me he was having trouble taking bottles. I didn't understand this because he has taken bottles just fine for my husband and my mom (he's breastfed). They went so far as to put the milk from his bottles into a "breast bottle" without asking either my husband or I. I didn't know they were allowed to transfer milk like that, period. Each day when my husband picked him up, he was either laying in his crib crying, or looked like he had been crying for a while. I understand you can't take care of each baby all at once, but I also feel that this shouldn't be happening repeatedly. On his third day, when my husband picked him up and asked how he did, he didn't receive a response. I had also messaged them on the app asking how he was doing and received no response. Obviously, I wasn't in the room to see what was happening all day, but I don't feel that my son was receiving the care that he should have been. He only attended 3 days before we looked elsewhere and withdrew him. I never met the teachers, but my husband said they seemed lazy and disinterested in the kids. If you care about your baby and want to know about them throughout the day, do not attend Little People. I can't speak for any of the other classrooms which could be different.

My son had attended this child care facility for 4 years and we never had a problem. Laura is amazing and I love the rest of the staff. I recently (december 2017) switched his daycare only because we had moved and I wanted something closer to home. I have no problems with the new daycare but he has been miserable and asking to return to Little People's. After careful consideration and due to raising rates at the new daycare he will be going back to Little People's even if it means a bit more of a commute for us. We love it there and he is excited to return!

We have 4 kids - I took the two oldest (8 and 7 year olds) to Learning Ladder and Kinder Care a few years ago when we lived closer to Lancaster. We now live in Marietta and our family has grown with a 1 year old and 2 year old... we decided to enroll them in Little People. I really like the way this place operates. Laura is great to work with, and the staff there is awesome. You can tell they really care about your child. They are also very flexible and understanding -vs some other facilities we used that seemed rigid and not flexible to various family issues. The included breakfast, lunch and snacks are a great bonus too. The location is also conveniently located right by rt 30 - I would definitely recommend this daycare to parents in the area that are looking for convenient and caring childcare services.

My daughter attended Little People through the Pre-K Counts program and I have nothing but good things to say about this center. The registration was simple and easy. Ms. Beth is WONDERFUL with the Pre-K 3 room! My daughter was uneasy at first and would often be upset when I dropped her off. Ms. Beth was quick to get up and ease her mind when I left. She always puts the children and their safety first. Amy was wonderful during the registration process and answered all my questions quick and easy. My daughter will be attend the Pre-K Counts 4's next year, so we shall see how that will go!
