Little Nest Child Care & Lc

We have been loyal patrons of St. Pat Little Nest Daycare for three years, and our child absolutely loved it here. The teachers and staff always treated us like family, and we trusted them to provide a nurturing and safe environment. Up until now, we couldn’t have recommended this daycare more highly. However, we were blindsided by an email today stating that the daycare closed effective November 27th—two days ago. No prior warning, no opportunity to make alternative arrangements, and no explanation for the sudden closure. This complete lack of communication and disregard for the families who relied on them is unacceptable. As parents, we are now scrambling to find care with no notice, which is not only stressful but also an incredible disruption to our work and daily lives. We understand that businesses face challenges, but the way this was handled is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The daycare owed it to the families who supported them for years to provide advanced notice and assistance in transitioning to alternative care options. I am beyond disappointed in how this situation was managed. What was once a place of trust has left us feeling betrayed and stranded.

My daughter started at Little Nest as a baby and as a first time mom I was very nervous about daycare and going back to work - but I didn’t have to be! We love and trust the staff here and you can tell they genuinely care about the children they look after. They have a great program for kids of all ages and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

At first, I thought this place was great, good pricing my kiddo loved it and all and all everything started out great. Over time my kid who has never had problems with hitting kicking and biting in the past (so it was learned there). they stated sending my kid home for this saying he would hit another kid for no reason, after talking to my child he told me that he was getting hit and bite, but the teachers never paid attention to the whole situation. If something would happen to one of their kids there even if the other kid was provoked by their child, it was the end of the world. it seems like they only care about their kids. also, every kid was held to a different standard my friend has kids that go there and when they would do the same thing that my child would do, he didn't even hear about it until the kids were picked up but yet mine would be sent home. I pointed out to them that after picking up my kid at their request for pushing for no reason, he informed me that the kid bite him on the back I checked and sure enough he had a mark right where he said the managers response was, we didn't know that. isn't it their job to know that and to care for the safety of my child.

my daughter only went there for 3 or 4 months and was called once or twice a week to pick her up for some kind of behavioral issues or they would say would have a fever but wouldn’t sick..

I should’ve heeded the warning of the first review of this place that pops up, now I know. Hopefully my son’s new daycare doesn’t text me that he’s the last kid there for the day in a manner like they’re trying to go home almost an hour early while I’m still on the clock at work.
