the staff are nice , my child only went for two days and I’ve noticed that their front door doesn’t lock, it would always be open when I came and that’s a big safety risk considering their location, it says the daycare opens at 6:45 but one day I tried to bring my daughter there at 7:20 and they told me to come back because the teachers don’t get there until 8. They need to change that time on google cause it’s inaccurate . And also the last straw for me was when I told them my daughters dad was coming to get her and that same day, they texted me saying what time is he coming so they can have her ready ? Excuse me , yall wait until he comes ma”am. That was there way of saying they were probably tired of my baby crying so I ended up going to pick her up. I have the caps program where I only pay $17 a week and because my voucher hadn’t switched over yet I ended up paying $80. My daughter had only been there for two days, 2-4 hours each day. and I withdrew her and now they telling me I owe $65 on top of that. I been knew they were money hungry from when I called to inquire and the owner called me back asking why I haven’t sent her the info yet 😂 who does that.
Unfortunately I have to write this review so that other parents are aware. I recently had to pull my kids from this daycare after staff decided to physically punish him. And the sad part about it is that I wasn't informed by an adult but it was screamed to me as I was walking into the door to pick him up for the day. Be mindful that CC children especially babies are still learning and if you wouldn't want it done to your child. Don't do it to someone else's.
Kids are treated with love
