Super clean and Ivonne is the sweetest. The kids have so much space to roam around and have so many activities to do. Homemade meals and snacks. If you need help with anything Nayomi and Ivonne are more than happy to point you in the right direction. A real pleasure working with this Toddler Center.
As first time parents, we were so worried about sending our little one out into the world. We toured so many places and feel incredibly lucky that we chose Little Mind. My daughter was 18 months old when she started here. Initially, I was leaning toward a home based daycare because I wanted my baby to feel like she was at home, with more personal attention. I honestly thought daycare centers were more of a “business”, but Little Mind is the perfect place and checked every box we were looking for. They have three separate rooms for infants, crawlers, and toddlers. This was a huge plus for me because my daughter was barely walking at the time. I didn’t like other places where all the kids were mixed together. The big kids always bump into the small ones. I love that she has friends her own age and size. They have a spacious playground with grass, toys and colorful decorations, so the kids can really run around and play outside. Their ratios are great and it never feels crowded. Trust me, I toured a thousand places, and most had one teacher for every 12 kids, and here, there are always two teachers in the classroom. Fresh meals and snacks are always served. My daughter is thriving here. She’s learning so much and having a blast, she knows all the songs, dances, and "kid stuff." Most importantly, I know she is loved and cared for. In the beginning, even before she could talk, I could tell she was being treated well by the way she played with her dolls. Seeing her nurture them, cuddle them, and "feed" them was so touching because I knew she was just mimicking the love she saw at school. Now that she’s older and talking more, she’s so expressive. I can even guess which teacher she learned a certain gesture or action from. Looking at my daughter now, I am so appreciative of this daycare and the hard work they put into taking care of the kids. It allows us to be at work with total peace of mind, knowing our child is safe and having fun. P.S. I spent a good amount of time writing this review because I really want to give a shout out to this place. I was a bit hesitant at first to send my baby here because they didn’t have many reviews yet, but they deserve so much more credit for the amazing work they do. I hope this helps other parents who are in the same shoes I was!
I was very scared and hesitant going back to work and having to put my babies into daycare but this place is amazing. They are very caring and very patient. It took my boys about a week or two to get use to it but now they love it and run to class. Miss Naomi is very professional and is great at communicating with parents. Miss Virginia is amazing my son loves her! I feel like she was a big part in making him love day care. There is another teacher in the infant class room I have not gotten her name but she is a blonde teacher she is very sweet! She is very caring! My little one loves her! I’ve also noticed my 2 year old has started talking so much since daycare. He’s learned all his colors how to identify and say them. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a daycare.
My son started attending Little minds infant and toddler when he was one. We loved our experience here. From the start when we decided to enroll him the school director was really helpful and answered all the questions we had. My husband and I were nervous since this was the first time our child was going to be away from our care. She reassured us that he was going to be in great care. And he truly was. I'm so grateful for all his teachers that showed him love and patience. My son has learned so much, numbers, shapes, colors and so on. There were time when he would get hurt nothing to crazy little bumps or scratch (wild child of mine) and we would always be told about it. They would send us a text message or tell us at pick up. Occasionally we would get pictures of him in his activities. Those were always nice to see. They provided nutritional food for them he was there for breakfast and lunch. If he was running low in supplies (diapers, wipes) they would send us a text before he ran out. I also really appreciated them making us aware if he would be doing something he wasn't supposed to be doing. Because we got to also work with him at home in correcting those bad behavior so he wouldn't do it anymore. He is now three and it's time for his new adventure at little minds learning center. We Will forever be grateful for the love and care they had for him at little minds infant and toddlers.
The staff and facility are excellent. So hard trusting your little one with strangers but they were more than accommodating and work to help transition both you and baby to the program. They were flexible and communicated well with me! Loved to see the development my baby experienced from being here!
