I really would give 0 stars if I could. We have loved Little Minds for years. We switched our 4 year old to another school only to find out how many behaviors were under reported to my husband and I. He’s a normal 4 year old, and when behaviors happened at home, we disciplined him. But we were never aware of the frequency at school they were happening. After speaking to a few teachers, they confirmed what would happen and that the behaviors did happened, and our son was never guided through emotions. He was left to just deal with it without help from a teacher to guide him through what he was feeling. Ultimately, this didn’t keep him emotionally safe or teach him how to process the emotions. This also enabled behavior by the teachers, and ultimately, a reflection on the lack of leadership over the daycare itself by the owner. A child needs guidance. Now that we are aware, we are working in collaboration with his school to give him the help he needs as well as a few therapies. Due to all of this, we pulled our toddler who was still there and secured another location for him. When I brought this information to the attention of the owner, she had the audacity to say that it was not happening. I told her I had the confirmation that the behaviors did occur and what was done. She stayed silent. The lack of responsibility and ownership of your own business is appalling and abysmal. The infant room teacher and the 2s teacher are the best teachers in the world, this place is lucky to have them, but in all honesty, those two teachers are too good for Little Minds. Everyone who knows the infant lead teacher and 2s teacher would gladly keep them, but 3s and up, do not send your child here if you want them emotionally safe. We really feel as though things were not reported to us just to keep numbers and money coming in or the teachers are inadequate for the 3s room. Either way, it’s unacceptable. I wish we had pulled our son after the 2s teacher. It went down hill from there. I came back on to edit my post. Everything above is true, but I wanted to add that my son has been in speech and doing wonderful. His speech therapist happened to ask where he started at with daycare, and I told her Little Minds. The speech therapist said, “say no more. I’ve had many kids from this facility.” This is horrible that the speech therapist knew the daycare by name. I should have never trusted this place.

Before you take your child to Little Minds please read all of the reviews and also do a surprise visit before leaving your baby because this place from I know is not the place that you want to leave your baby. Most of the teachers seems to be lovable and act like they love their jobs but actually most of them don’t even like the job or the children. They are just there for a paycheck. My two year would cry every time I pulled up to that daycare. My baby would be so hungry and thirsty when he got home from that daycare . It was to much going on there. I decided to take my baby out of that daycare because it just didn’t meet my expectations.

My daughter has been going to Little Minds for almost a year and a half and our experience has been wonderful. From the 3’s class to pre-k, we’ve adored all of her teachers, as well as Ms. Ann, the director 🥰 I would recommend Little Minds to anyone looking for a school for their littles

Placing your child at this daycare would honestly be doing both them and yourself a disservice. The caregivers seem to exist solely to occupy space, not to actively care for the children. Basic responsibilities like making sure kids eat or assisting with potty training are apparently optional. My 3-year-old niece received zero help with potty training here, and to make matters worse, was recently left dangling by one arm by a caregiver. When I say they “watch” the children, I’m using that term very loosely. There have been far too many incidents to count, which speaks volumes on its own. To top it off, the children are constantly sick—likely because toys and shared surfaces don’t seem to be wiped down. As a result, the illness cycle extends to parents and caregivers at home as well. Please do yourself a favor and seriously consider other childcare options before entrusting your child to this facility.

HORRIBLE Daycare…. Little Minds 1st Academy, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR CHILD AT THIS DAYCARE. Mrs. Ann Harris is the owner and director, she let her caregiver in the 3 year old class abuse my autistic granddaughter. Ann Harris said nothing is wrong with the video but she refused to give it to me or the police. She lives in a mansion and all about the money. You can get better childcare at other places in the area. Picked my granddaughter up by ONE arm and dragged her to the back of the classroom. PLEASE BEWARE, this place is not safe.
