Little Links to Learning was a fantastic experience for our family. Both of my kids were well cared for, and I always felt confident they were safe. The staff was supportive and truly part of our parenting village. Thanks to their strong curriculum, my children entered Kindergarten testing above 1st grade level. I’m grateful for the time we spent there and will always appreciate the foundation they helped build.

Our child attended a different daycare before we were able to get a place at Little Links, and I cannot overstate what a HUGE difference we saw once we switched. The teachers are truly so lovely and really care for the kids. So many teachers know and greet my daughter that aren't even her main teachers. The director and assistant director are lovely and, again, I can't overstate how appreciative I am to have them on my team for childcare. I have recommended Little Links to several pregnant/new parent friends and will continue to recommend them. 5 stars all the way!
Our experience with this business was extremely frustrating from the start. We were given a clear starting date, which turned out to be meaningless — it was not honored, and there was no proactive communication or explanation for the delay. It wasn't until we called, months in advance, to check back in that things were squared away we were informed that Little Links would not accommodate the start date. This was quite frustrating as we stopped our search of other options and then had little to no time to find alternative care. While they did later make an attempt to accommodate, it was presented as our mistake while they were clearly in the wrong and for a week that was past our original date. Trying to get in touch with the director was an ongoing struggle. Calls and emails often went unanswered for days, and when we finally did reach them, the interaction was far from professional. The director came across as dismissive and quite rude, which only added to the stress of an already disappointing situation. To top it off, after unenrolling due to not meeting expectations we also received an unauthorized charge for a month's tuition and no communication of the error. Which just further demonstrates the lack of professionalism and organizational disfunction. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct made this a very negative experience. I would strongly caution others before working with this business. DO NOT offer deposit until you have a confirmed start date.
Very glad we chose to come here. Teachers are great, facility is great, the director cares about the children. Our child is learning a lot and coming home to only have us find out she learned something new that they work with the kids on. This is more than a daycare, it’s a place for your child to learn, grow and come out ahead with what they know and learn.
