Absolutely adore Leslie, but the rest of the staff could learn from her kindness. They all seem miserable by being there, and don't speak to us parents. You ladies could at least fake a smile and a kind hello when you see the people who pay your bills. I hate when I come in and you girls completely act ugly. It makes us parents wonder how you treat our children. Are you grumpy like that with them? I understand how it is in child care as I have worked at a daycare myself, but I never showed how tired or frustrated I was when seeing the parent. God Bless!
