Just signed my daughter up to start next month. Beautiful clean center. The teachers were very welcoming. The AD Balqees was so great and patient during registration. Lady with nose piercings and tattoos(Victoria) at the front desk was not knowledgeable & very misleading. When it came down to me canceling my child sign up I was told I can cancel and just not get a refund for my registration Wich was reasonable and I was okay with it. After contacting this establishment after being sent to collections for “not paying the subscription/ course” I was told I did not give a notice or contact them to cancel. Although I spoke to Victoria she her self told me she can’t do anything for me and I need to contact her director / owner although they are never present. All they care about is taking money from people, they tried to have me pay not only out of pocket for my child Wich I was okay with but also wanted to charge the state to take more money for themselves. To anyone seeking an establishment to take your child I advise you to go to a pre k in the area!!!
We have loved our time at Little Learners! The center is secure, clean, and the teachers really provide excellent care, especially Ms. Archana and Ms. Jasmine !
Mrs. VICKY unprofessional. Her appearance not professional. This place is scam. I will not recommend this daycare to no one. I enroll my daughter for summer camp, right away 4 days later took her out program. I did the note that I was taking my daughter out summer camp. Even tho i wrote the letter in front of this unprofessional "lady" i was still charge for summer camp. There is nothing "transparent of this place".
Place is very money-hungry. My children NEVER attended, yet I somehow have a bill for $1,200. I paid the registration fee, came in, filled out half the paperwork, and spoke with Victoria. I told her I did NOT have a start date, and she said that was fine that I just needed to bring in the rest of the paperwork 24 hours before they start and to reach out to her when ready. I called numerous times to figure things out with Victoria and NEVER received a call or email back. But instead of responding to me, they sent a bill to collections/lawyers. Completely unacceptable.
