Great day care. I send my granddaughter there 3 days a week and she loves it. The staff is very friendly and helpful to me and loving to the children. I have even noticed my granddaughters manners have improved. I tend to be old fashion in my thinking and wasn't sure this was the best choice for our family , but I'm glad I chose LLKK. My granddaughter is doing much better now I think this loving day care environment has helped.
LLKK has been in business since 2008 and prior to that I have run a family group childcare since 1987. The review from Mohd Khalid is from someone out of the country who has never attended my childcare. The review from PCR Gaming is from a disgruntled employee who needed to be let go. Babies are NEVER forced to be outside in unfavorable conditions. They are always given the opportunity to have fresh air as required by childcare licensing. I have misting fans in the summer, shade and wading pools. In the winter I make sure that the parents bring appropriate warm, waterproof gear and clothes for outside. I always tell my employees if the child ever seems distressed from being too warm or cold to make sure they are brought in. This employee always felt she was being treated unfairly when she needed to be spoken to, to make sure she was following licensing rules. She was never forced to come in sick. However, if my employees have something contagious as described in the St. of NH childcare licensing rules they must stay home for the appropriate timeframe. It's unfortunate that she behaved vindictively and felt she needed to get back to me for measures that were necessary. I have contacted google several times for the spam review and the conflict-of-interest review and with no response, I am finding I have to write this rebuttal.
As this place seems great for the children the treatment of the workers is terrible such as not letting workers go home if sick and if sick still forced to come in anyway, bringing 3month olds in the sun for excessive amounts of time an not treating staff with equality
Haven't seen my kid in 6 years!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! THAT KID WAS SOOOOO ANNOYING!!
