Little Lambs Learning Center

If I could give zero stars, I would. Little Lambs used to be an exceptional childcare center, but this week, everything changed. The abrupt "restructuring" that replaced our director showed a blatant disregard for the staff, children, and parents. The church pastor and staff knew about this change but stayed silent, allowing parents to enroll their children and make payments under false pretenses, without informing the staff. We feel utterly deceived. The program starting in August 2024 will be unrecognizable, no longer the safe and loving environment it once was, largely due to the leadership of our current director. I can no longer recommend this center or feel comfortable sending my child here. Despite numerous pleas from parents and staff to reinstate our director, the church staff showed no remorse and did not provide an open forum for discussion. Be cautious about who will be responsible for your children next year, as safety no longer seems to be a priority. Their plan to use church staff to supervise the children instead of qualified personnel is alarming, and many parents are withdrawing their children due to this decision. This is completely unacceptable. The disregard for families, children, and staff displayed this week is concerning for any parent or staff member considering staying under this new leadership.

If I could give zero stars I would. Up until this week little lambs was a great childcare center. UNTIL this week there was a complete disregard for all staff,children and parents at the school to “restructure”effective immediately by means of replacing what was our director. The behavior of knowing this change was coming from the church pastor and church staff and remaining quiet while watching parents sign their kids up (8 months in advance) and taking payment under false pretenses as well as give no notice to the staff at this school. We were beyond bamboozled and lead astray. let me be clear- this program starting in aug 2024 will not at all resemble the little lambs we once had (that was a safe loving haven thanks largely and mostly to our current director and her leadership )unfortunately I could no longer suggest or even allow any friend or person to knowingly send their child here any longer. Not only was there no remorse from church staff about this abrupt change even after multiple pleas from parents and staff members to reinstate our director there also was no opportunity for a true open forum. Beware of who may be watching your children next year if you choose to enroll because safety does not seam to be a priority as the school anymore as their current plan for the school year will be to use church staff to “sit with” your children. They no longer have staff and all of the parents are leaving in mass exodus from this poor decision as well. This is unacceptable by so many regards. I would be concerned being under any of this leadership as a parent or staff member given the complete disregard shown of families children and staff members that was on display this week.

This place needs a complete revamp. School looks like a nursing home. Very dark and old. It’s not secured as anyone can walk into the the classroom building from the side of the parking lot. Staff appears burnt out. Not a place for students to learn .. more like a holding center.—— Yes this was my review after seeing the “remodel” —- the painted walls —- I still stand my review it’s old and dingy. Most importantly it’s not secured. Walk the property.. my suggestion.

I'm not sure what the last reviewer is talking about. Maybe they only seen the inside during the summer. We've only been here a short time, and it feels alive and calming at the same time. They're extremely organized and welcoming. So far, so good, we're really excited about the school year

Great experience under the director’s leadership until the pastor decided to restructure the program, intentionally excluding the director. Will not be coming back!
