My son has been going to Kids Grow for over 2 years. He loves his friends, teachers and the fun things he gets to do. Also, the director is amazing. The communication is great and I wouldn’t send my son anywhere else!

I’ve been extremely disappointed with our experience at this daycare. In my opinion, the center struggles to build meaningful connections with families. The interactions I’ve observed between staff and children have been far below what I would expect from a quality childcare program. My biggest concern was finding my infant crying alone in a crib on multiple occasions. When I asked about it, the director (who was working in the room) told me he was “decompressing,” which I found completely unacceptable and not at all aligned with appropriate infant care. Unfortunately, the director at this location appears to be lacking the child-development knowledge and leadership skills needed to run a center responsibly. Additionally, I noticed that a portion of the positive Google reviews seem to be written by people connected to or working at the center. While that’s just my impression, it made it even harder for me to trust the accuracy of the glowing reviews when my experience was the exact opposite. Based on everything I observed and my knowledge as a preschool teacher myself, I would not recommend this daycare to other families. (Edit for the reply below) For privacy reasons, I chose not to use my real name when posting this review. However, I can assure you that my child was enrolled at this location, and the experience I described occurred there. On multiple occasions when I entered the room, my infant son was crying in his crib while staff members were on the other side of the room and not directly attending to him. When I asked about it, I was told he was being allowed to “decompress.” That explanation did not align with what I believe to be responsive, relationship-based infant care. As someone who works in early childhood education, I understand the importance of co-regulation and timely, nurturing responses. Especially for infants who rely entirely on caregivers to meet their emotional needs. There was also an instance where I noticed a bruise on the middle of my son’s forehead after pickup that had not been present that morning. I did not receive documentation or communication about how it occurred, which added to my concerns about supervision and communication. My intention in posting this review is simply to share my personal experience so other families can make informed decisions. I truly hope the center reflects on parent feedback like this and continues striving toward high-quality, developmentally appropriate care. Every family deserves to feel confident and secure in the environment their child is in.

My kiddo has been going to Kids Grow since he was 6 weeks old, loves going here, all the staff take the time to really build a relationship with your child. I get updates on the app through out the day and also get pictures everyday. The communication between the staff and parents is amazing! I always know my son is in good hand. The Director is amazing and is so helpful!

My son has been going to kids grow since he was about 3 months old, he loves going and loves all of his teachers. When I drop him off he almost jumps out of my arms to go play with his friends and I can tell how much all of the teachers adore him and take care of him like their own! I am sent daily photos of my son and updates on what they are doing throughout the day. Great daycare!

I should have done a little more research on this daycare. The teachers were good, but trying to work out any issues was very frustrating. Tried getting meetings set up for 5-6 months to troubleshoot issues and always got the run around, we were going to pull her and the director asked us to stay and we would put a plan in place. That never happened and we still got charged and when we tried to contact them it was radio silent. Emailed and left multiple messages and no correspondence, very poor follow-up.
