The owner at little jacobs ladder, Maria, is amazing. The staff is amazing as well. My son has been going here since he was an infant. He is now 4 and has made strides and loves all his little friends he's made. ❤️
Cleanliness is a big issue. Every day my childs socks and knees in pants were black. Food never cleaned off of face and they lied about how much milk child recieved. If i send 12 ounces and come home with 9 and they document 12 oz was given the math doesn't add up older kids play in the infant room having pillow fights and throwing toys around younger infants is unacceptable Place looks dirty even on the outside weeds never pulled and a full gas can left right by the entrance door the staff is very nice I just think there is a lot of room for improvement especially cleanliness. Facility is not a locked facility either so anybody or their brother could walk in that I don't like I also don't like that they don't have a live camera feed like most other daycares that you can watch your child
First of all this is a horrible daycare, from the owner to the staff. The first week was a fake honeymoon stage. My son third week was terrifying for my son and I. I called and spoke to the owner about my concerns and she was nasty with me.so that spoke volumes to me. I believe my son was mistreated. For my son to say he was scared bothered me. Daycare is suppose to be a safe haven for kids. They are very unprofessional. Please dont take your kids here!
Not acceptable wouldnt leave my dog here! All seem "nice" but how nice are you really when you leave the toddlers to slurp the green snot from their faces while they play outside (48degrees)because "its not against the law until under 32 degrees & you deal with it when you go inside?" How "nice" are you when you allow a toddler to be bitten twice (bruised purple) & nothing is mentioned & nobody knows how/when it happened? Ongoing illness from the start, ongoing headlice...& only replies are consistent attempts to justify. Sometimes you just have to acknowledge the wrong, the terrible, & DO BETTER!!!
We loved our time at LJL ! The staff was always so warm and welcoming and always went above and beyond for my children. I knew they were always in the best of care when I left for work. The only reason we left is because we moved. My kids still talk about their time there.
