My son went to Little Hearts for before/after school care from Kindergarten to 2nd grade. I am very pleased with the care that the staff provides and my son was very happy here. The only reason he is no longer there is because the facility recently lost staff and can no longer accept school aged children. We hope to return to Little Hearts in the near future.

My son has been going here since he was about three months old. The lead teacher in the infant room (6 weeks to 2 years) is wonderful. Very patient and flexible with my son's eating and sleep schedule. They always do some kind of interactive, sensory activity each day in the infant room, and try to reinforce what we teach at home, like colors, words, and manners. In the toddler room, the lead teacher is very good also. She has a varied, interactive and age-appropriate curriculum and the kids all get along with her well. As a whole the management is also very flexible, letting me change his schedule as I need to. They know everyone by name. We've had some hiccups in the past with some staff members, but it has always been corrected. To some who might be concerned about the security, everyone has to buzz in and must have a log in to sign the kids in and out. There are cameras but they don't check IDs when you pick up your kids, since if you're able to sign them in and out then you're already in the system. It's not much different from other daycares we toured in the past.

Wonderful place to give your child a head-start! Healthy meals and education are the main focus here. Enroll your child for a more personal opportunity to grow and be an asset to the community.

The staff here is AMAZING. but the boss is terrible.. she only wants your payments, doesn’t care too actually see the children succeed. She smiles in all the parents faces but once their kid comes thru that door she doesn’t care at all if your kid gets bullied, hurt, or even if they come in crying . all she does is sit in her office and drink ice tea . Never comes out and helps staff when it’s busy . UNDERPAYS staff and lies to their faces about a lot of stuff. She has forged parents signatures, she has FORCED teachers to forge parents signatures, she has forged workers W-4s & W-2s when she could just ask them to come into her office and fill them out. She also had covid 19 right after thanks giving and decided herself when she was okay coming into the daycare even when the staff was uncomfortable with it, taking off her mask and hugging children. NEVER sent out a letter or allowed staff to warn parents of the covid they could of been exposed to. Children ended up having bed bugs and she was gonna allow them back 2 days later and when staff said they were uncomfortable with it she didn’t care. A teacher had head lice and she made the employee come in the next day. A teacher had her tonsils removed and asked nicely to be put in the baby room because the big kids are a lot to handle and she had to rest. She then was very nice and said okay but made the girl go into the big kid room for 7.5 hours ago not 8 so she couldn’t get a break after she just had major throat surgery. The staff in this daycare is amazing . They are caring, go out of their way, and love these children like their own but i beg of you don’t allow your children to go here and if they go there pull them out . This is the most corrupt management I’ve ever seen and they drag the children down without parents knowing and make the staffs lives a living hell. She advertised she needs more staff members on indeed but she just fired one of her best workers because she said she was uncomfortable with bed bugs but told the staff member “it just wasn’t working on & we had to much staff members” never gave a valid reason and just fired this girl because she didn’t allow the boss to push her around like the other staff did . She spoke her feelings when she was uncomfortable but about valid points and she was fired over it because this boss wants to stay corrupt and wants to just keep racking in your money and not giving two flying f***s about your child’s well-being . She allows terrible children to come here that beat the teachers up , scratch them, bite them, swear at them, throw things, and this was been done to other children also. The boss always brushes it off and won’t kick children out because she wants the money . End of story please just sent your child to somewhere like the daycare under gemini dance studios or something because this place is TERRIBLE. And if every parent knew what happening there’s little hearts would have a lawsuit on their hands .
