How to explain my experience with this place. Disrespectful, rude, are probably the easiest ways to say it. The director thinks she is smarter and above doctors. If you try to explain or defend yourself or your child. She immediately gets pissed off and threatens you with various different things. You can't have a civil conversation with her about anything. My significant other has called me upset multiple times because of the way she's been talked to via on the phone or in person. Parking is horrendous. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was my last option.
