If you desire to send your kids to this daycare where the commination between the Director Mary and owner Crystal is very bad go ahead. Also, I should let you know this daycare doesn’t know how to use the app they use for their daycare called Brightwheel. They will double charge you then lie straight to your face about it. If you ask Mary to take off a credit card she will look you straight in the eyes and tell you she doesn’t know how to. Discover is going after this daycare for the money they stole from my account. So save yourself a headache and go to a better daycare where they care about your children and are not money hungry like this daycare is.
The teachers here at little geniuses has been very good to my our children since coming here. I have been very angry at Crystal and Mary on financial situation. Starting in May my wife credit card should not have been on file no more but they continued to take out weekly pay and it happened 6 times from May till this week. I know my wife was wanting not to use her credit card but still they used it never tooked the credit card off the app and continued to use it which made me am so angry and was charged 345 and 250 each week. Another situation which I was so angry with Crystal telling me that the real father Cal could not force him to pay for our children to go here and made my wife fully in charge of paying which is wrong because he was on the account there. So I have been very angry with this whole situation this last week since I have known all of this happening of my wife.
I'm a lead ones teacher. I think this place is amazing. My son and niece love it at little Geniuses. They have very caring teachers and are learning so much. My niece doesn't talk much but since she has been going here her mother and I have noticed a change and she has been communicating more. she comes home everyday sings songs. Her mom is amazed. I would remind this school as an employee and to bring your child too. The staff is all very nice and friendly. This school definitely provides and safe and positive learning environment for the children and teachers.
Friendly and always on top of everything when it comes to my 4 month old son. They genuinely care about their students. If my son misses a day they always message just to make sure he is okay. They also have an app you can download to keep track of every diaper change, every feeding, and every nap, it also allows you to message them and they always respond almost instantly. Definitely puts some ease to my mind. They are great!
This is the first time my daughter has ever been to daycare in her 3 years alive. Im so thankful to have such amazing people to care for my baby! They do amazing at updating the app so i know what she eats, when her diaper is changed, when she sleeps. I would 100% recommend this daycare!! And i absolutely adore Ms. Shannon. The way she is with my daughter makes me feel so comfortable leaving me baby while im at work. Best daycare ive ever had experienced with. ❤❤❤❤
